Physical education and health curriculum standard(2017 Edition)of general senior high school is the latest curriculum standard issued by physical education curriculum of our country.This edition of Curriculum Standard establishes the curriculum concept of 'core quality of physical education discipline' in school physical education curriculum reform.At the same time,the physical education is put in the important position of the high school physical education and health teaching,emphasizing the significance and value of the physical education of high school students.Therefore,the physical fitness module is included in the compulsory content of high school physical education and health course,pointing out that physical fitness is the premise and foundation of all sports.The research on the physical module teaching of compulsory contents in the curriculum standard(2017 Edition)is a beneficial exploration to promote the implementation of the curriculum standard and practice.Based on the in-depth analysis of the physical module teaching requirements and related physical teaching research in curriculum standards(2017 Edition),combined with the physical and mental development characteristics of senior high school students,the research adopts research methods such as literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and teaching experiments to explore the content and method of physical module teaching for physical education and health course in general high school,and to teach physical module in general high school The results of the research can provide a reference for the front-line physical education teachers.The conclusions are as follows:1.Under the background of curriculum standard(2017 Edition),the teaching design of physical education and health course in senior high school should follow the following principles: pertinence principle,excessive recovery principle,step-by-step principle,appropriate exercise load principleand reversibility principle of exercise effect.2.A set of complete teaching schedule and plan for 18 class hours of physical fitness module teaching of physical education and health course in senior high school is designed.3.After the physical module teaching experiment,the teaching effect evaluation results show that: students in the physical quality indicators and FMS test results are positive promotion,which shows that the physical module teaching design is feasible.4.the students' interest in physical education and health course was investigated in the experimental group.The results showed that the students' interest was improved after the experiment.
