Research On Teaching Design And Optimization Of Physical Fitness Module In Senior High School

General high school physical education and health curriculum reform for more than ten years,outstanding achievements," health first " guiding ideology and " people-oriented" concept deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.Schools in all parts of the country must fully implement the Party's educational policy,attach great importance to school physical education,so that school-age students should have all the qualities and abilities to exercise and develop their body while studying knowledge and cultivating moral character,and try to hand over the batons of qualified builders and successors to train the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.However,the decline of physical fitness,especially cardiopulmonary endurance,strength and other indicators in our country has not been completely curbed,and the vision of young students has been seriously reduced.Overweight,etc.Therefore,under this background,this paper takes the general high school curriculum standard(2017 edition)as the base,takes the discipline core accomplishment as the guidance,takes the general high school curriculum standard physical ability module as the foothold,through the optimization physical ability module teaching design to explore the suitable high school student physical ability enhancement teaching plan,through the practice teaching to explore the enhancement high school student physical ability quality effective plan.In this study,materials were collected by means of literature review,interview and field investigation,and the feasibility of designing and optimizing physical education program with WSR system methodology was verified by teaching experiment method in stages.Experimental study show that the WSR system methodology to the high school physical teaching scheme design and optimized by stages,brought positive influence for the high school physical teaching,through the teaching of practical teaching design scheme significantly improved the students' physical fitness level,improve the students' physical fitness,improve the learning interest of the students of fitness classes,promotes the students' subject core literacy cultivation.It brings new teaching design ideas to high school physical education,and also provides some Suggestions for middle school physical education design.Research shows that:(1)after three months of teaching experiment,the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation approach to assessment of teaching experiment dependent variable,learned that the experimental group and the control group of the students' physical quality are improved,but the range of the experimental group increased more than the control group,after the WSR system methodology to design and optimize the teaching scheme is used in the physical teaching effect is better;(2)according to the physical performance indicators of the students before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group both improved,and there was a significant difference before and after the experiment.In particular,the cardiopulmonary endurance index of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group both in class performance and in the final total score;(3)in terms of physical study interest,after three months of the experiment found that the experimental group students has obvious difference before and after the experiment,there is no significant difference between the control group students before and after the experiment,shows that after the WSR system methodology to design and optimize the teaching scheme for the practical teaching can better improve the students' interest in learning.
