With the improvement of the economic level and the improvement of medical and health protection conditions,the average life expectancy of our country has continued to increase.At the same time,the fertility level has continued to decline in recent years,which has caused a rapid change in the age structure of our population.The proportion of the elderly in the total population of the country has remained at a high level,and China has begun to face tremendous pressure and challenges brought by the "silver hair wave".In today's social progress,China's old-age security system is not yet complete,and family intergenerational support is still needed to give full play to its advantages and functions in order to alleviate the pressure of social endowment.Therefore,based on theories and related literatures such as social exchange,family production,intergenerational support,and health needs,this paper constructs a binary logistic regression model to investigate the intergenerational support for the health of the elderly after conducting a questionnaire survey on the 60-year-olds and older in Zhangjiakou.Impact.The main research results are: in terms of self-assessed health,two-way economic support has not passed the significance test,and two-way living care support has a significant impact on the health of the elderly,but the impact is different.Evaluation of health has a negative impact,and the support given by the elderly has a positive impact on the self-assessed health of the elderly;in terms of physical health,two-way economic support is beneficial to the elderly's physical health,and the two-way living care support has also passed the significance test The regression results are consistent with self-assessed health in terms of life care;in terms of mental health,the elderly enjoy certain financial support that has a negative impact on their mental health,but it is not significant,and the elderly often provide some financial assistance to their children.Their mental health is much better than other elderly people.The more elderly people receive care support,the worse their mental health level.The results of elderly people's support for living care are not significant and are not statistically significant.Emotional support always plays a positive role in the health of the elderly.Effect;in addition,the effects of various control variables on the health of the elderly has a difference.Based on the above research conclusions,this article proposes the following suggestions from the aspects of family,self,society,and government: family,we must strengthen the intergenerational emotional exchanges,and actively improve the family development ability;on our own,transform the elderly 's pension Concept,expand their own social networks;social aspects,strengthen the elderly 's ability to care for the community life and improve the cultural and living environment of the elderly;the government,increase capital investment to promote the health of the elderly,formulate personalized subsidy policies for the elderly and Strengthen publicity and education of laws and regulations.It is hoped that it can help the elderly in Zhangjiakou City to improve their health and provide a certain reference value for the research on the health of the elderly.
