In the wave of the Internet, the younger generation of "digital natives" are generally more proficient in the value of digital information and media use than the middle-aged and older groups of "digital immigrants",and thus the phenomenon of "reverse socialization" has emerged in the digital sphere. The phenomenon of "reverse socialization",i.e.,digital feed-back,occurs when the older generation asks the younger generation for advice on digital use and solves their personal media problems. Therefore, from the perspective of intergenerational support theory, this paper divides digital feedback into three dimensions of digital economic support, technical support, and emotional support in terms of content, and adds digital feedback satisfaction variables into consideration, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to study the effects of different dimensions of digital feedback on the subjective well-being and digital use behavior of middle-aged and elderly groups, and through comparative analysis,we get The most significant dimensions of digital feedback are identified through comparative analysis, and the real needs of middle-aged and elderly people in digital feedback are explored to provide the right direction for digital feedback. At the same time, the differences in the subjective perception of digital feedback between the middle-aged and the young groups were investigated, and the main factors that hinder the willingness and effectiveness of digital feedback were also investigated.Based on the questionnaires and in-depth interviews, the following research findings were obtained.1.gender factors in demographics cause differences in subjective well-being,digital risk perception, willingness to use and length of use among middle-aged and elderly groups.2.Emotional support in digital feedback has a significant positive relationship with the subjective well-being of middle-aged and elderly people, and "digital emotional support" and patience in feedback are strong motivations to promote continuous smartphone use and in-depth learning among middle-aged and elderly people.3.In terms of digital financial support, emotional support and feed-back satisfaction, there is a significant difference between the digital feed-back received by the middle-aged and elderly as "feedees" and the digital feed-back given by the young as "feed-back".There is a significant difference between the digital feedback received by the middle-aged and old people and the digital feedback received by the young people.4.In addition to intergenerational conflicts, intergenerational effects and differences in cultural capital accumulation within generations, the "spatial distance and psychological distance" caused by the "empty nest" significantly hinders the willingness and behavior of middle-aged and elderly people to seek digital feedback. Therefore,we call on the state to consider the digital media usage of the middle-aged and elderly groups from the perspective of humanistic care, while continuously improving the technology and upgrading the products,so that the elderly can use the products and services more easily and enhance their confidence to integrate into the Internet life.Firstly, the middle-aged and elderly people should face up to the objective law of life aging, especially the middle-aged and elderly women should improve their ability to reach the media;secondly, digital feedback should return to "emotion" and improve the life satisfaction and self-efficacy of the middle-aged and elderly people;finally, digital feedback should realize "physical presence Finally, digital feedback should be "physically present",demand-oriented,break the spatial distance barrier, help middle-aged and elderly people truly feel the life dividends brought by digital development, improve their quality of life, and thus contribute to positive aging.
