Objective: In this paper,the intervention training of high school football special students was carried out through two kinds of training of super isolength and resistance strength.(1)To observe the students in the limited training cycle,the change rule of various physical quality indicators in different stages;(2)Compared with that training method,it is more obvious to improve the performance of various physical qualities.Methods: Literature method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and test method are the main research methods in this paper.The experiment selected 30 Shanghai Yang Si football class students,senior middle school as the research object,were randomly divided into experimental group(chao deng long training)and the control group(resistance strength training)for training,observing students in different stages of testing the physical quality indexes change law of the physical quality test indexes including,(1)lower limbs explosive testing: Vertical jump,standing jump,standing jump on one foot,maximum squat strength;(2)Speed quality test: 10 m sprint and 40 m sprint;(3)Sensitive coordination quality test: T-shaped running,20 M shot around the bar,LAT sensitivity test;(4)Endurance test: Yo Yo test.Results:(1)Lower limb explosive power: there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before intervention(P > 0.05).(1)Longitudinal jump,standing jump and single leg standing jump tests: there were no significant differences in the experimental group after 3weeks of intervention(P > 0.05);There was significant difference after 8 weeks of intervention(P < 0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,there was a significant difference(P < 0.01),but no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the control group.(2)Maximum squat strength test: there was significant difference in the control group after 3 weeks of intervention(P < 0.05),and very significant difference in the control group after 8 and 12 weeks of intervention(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in the experimental group after 3,8 and 12 weeks(P > 0.05).(3)Longitudinal jump,single leg jump and maximum squat strength increased in a broken line,and increased significantly 3 weeks after intervention;The standing jump test increases in a straight line.(2)Speed quality: there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before experimental intervention(P > 0.05);(1)10m sprint test: After experimental analysis,it can be seen that there is no significant difference in the experimental group after intervention,and the intervention time is three weeks.(P > 0.05);There was significant difference after8 weeks of intervention(P < 0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,there was a significant difference(P < 0.01),but no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the control group.(2)There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in 40 m sprint running test(P > 0.05).(3)10m sprint test showed a linear increase;The 40 m sprint test showed a crease increase and began to increase slowly after 3 weeks.(3)Sensitive coordination quality: there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before experimental intervention(P > 0.05);(1)Sensitivity test of T shape running,20 M sprint running and LAT: there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the experimental group after 3 weeks of intervention(except for LAT test 3 weeks,there was significant difference(P < 0.05);There was significant difference after 8 weeks of intervention(P< 0.01).After 12 weeks of intervention,there was a significant difference(P < 0.01),and there was a significant difference within the control group(P < 0.05),but no significant difference between the groups(P > 0.05).(2)T type running,20 m shot around the bar showed a broken line upward trend;The sensitivity of the LAT has skyrocketed.(4)Endurance quality: There was no significant difference in Yo Yo test between the experimental group and the control group at the end of 3,8 and 12 weeks after the experiment(P > 0.05),and the Yo Yo test increased slowly in a broken line.Conclusion :(1)the increase of lower limb explosive power,speed quality and agility coordination quality of high school football students in super isolength training and resistance strength training is nonlinear.The significant increase of super isolength training appears after 3 weeks,while resistance strength training appears after 8 weeks.It shows that the super length training has a more significant improvement effect in the students of the same age.(2)Super length training and resistance strength training showed a broken line increase in longitudinal jump,single foot jump,maximum squat strength,40 m sprint run,T run,20 m shot around the bar and Yo Yo test for high school football students’ physical fitness test indicators;The agility test of standing jump,10 m sprint and LAT increased in a straight line.However,compared with the anti-group training,the improvement of the above indexes was more obvious in the super isolength training.(3)The super length training and resistance strength training can improve the lower limb explosive power,speed quality and sensitive coordination quality of high school football students,but the endurance quality is not significantly improved.(4)Compared with resistance strength training,super equal-length training has more significant effects on improving the lower limb explosive power,speed quality and sensitive coordination quality of senior high school football students.
