| Games are an important medium for children to convey their thoughts,and also an important tool for interaction,communication and sharing in group work.Therefore,the research and discussion of game activities in the children's group work is of great significance.Based on the internship experience of D social work service organization,the study selected one of the cases of using the methods of group work to intervene in the development of children's communication and cooperative ability,to make in-depth discussions on the game activities in the children's group work.The research is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the basis of this paper,including a brief description of the research background,research significance,research methods,the definition of the concept of children's group work games and the carding of the literature on the theoretical and practical research.Among them,the theoretical research on the game activities in the children's group work is mainly sorted from the essential characteristics of the game activities,the types of game activities and their existing theoretical models.The second chapter mainly combines the current situation of children's group work application,through the analysis of children's team work game application dilemma,to try to explore the children's group work game setting new ideas.This chapter is divided into two parts: First,the current situation of children's group work game application sits and its problem analysis。In fact,the obstacles and confusion in the course of operation are embodied in the following aspects: firstly,the design of children's group game activities is not targeted,that is,the game design deviates from the theme,objectives and task needs,and lacks the consciousness of subject characteristics.Secondly,the professionalism of children's group game activities is not strong,that is,the game activities are separated from the group work value theory,deviate from the group work skills.Thirdly,the homogenization of children's group game activities is serious,as shown by the solidification of the game activity structure and the rigid type.Second,the children's team work of the game activities exploration,that is,to try to according to the activity theory,the game-tool as a breakthrough to analyze its and the rules,division of labor,subject,community and object between the link,the specific performance is the game tools to the rule of the promotion,on the division of labor optimization,to the main body and community attraction and to the object satisfaction,in order to build a game activity analysis model,explore the children's team work game activities set up new ideas,so as to alleviate the children's team work practical dilemma,promote its development.Chapter Ⅲ in combination with the D social work services institutions internship cases,according to the group filled out the "communication and cooperation" group activity opinion questionnaire,from the children's group work goal achievement,children's group work professional embodiment,the innovative state of the group's activities under the work of the children's group provides a concrete analysis of the effectiveness of the new game.The fourth chapter is based on the theme group and the theoretical basis of the activities of the game analysis framework,from the game interactive environment creation,game form and content innovation,children's group workers game application skills to enhance these parts for the group workers to apply the game some suggestions。In the creation of an interactive environment for the game,group workers need to actively create a relaxed and equal atmosphere,and give full play to the power of role models,in order to form a positive interaction。In the innovation of game form,the team workers should adopt different types of games,make full use of the variety of game equipment and different game mechanisms,and in the innovation of game content,the team workers should consider the needs of the group members,game materials and so on 。 In the children's group workers game application skills improvement,mainly from three stages of recommendations.First,the pre-game preparation stage,children's team workers should improve their communication and activity design skills;second,the game formal implementation stage,children's team workers need to grasp the game commentary,leadership,coordination skills;third,the game reflection summary stage,children's tea m workers should be flexible to use the game scene,appropriate personal sharing and so on to guide the group to review the game history,share personal experience,in-depth thinking about real topics。... |
