At present,more and more colleges and universities begin to introduce expansion training courses as required or elective courses for students.Although there has been some literature research on the theoretical basis,curriculum value,curriculum design,and feasibility of introducing campus expansion training,there is a lack of effective evaluation of the entire process of college expansion training teaching.In view of this situation,this study Try to establish a complete set of evaluation index system for the expansion training team teaching,hope to understand the students 'learning status and the degree of reaching the learning goal through the evaluation results,determine the students' deficiencies and reasons in the learning process,so that teachers can optimize the expansion training courses design.This article uses the literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to study the evaluation index system of the expanded training team teaching.Using the Delphi method,after three rounds of expert opinions,the teaching evaluation index is determined,and the analytic hierarchy process is used.Method to calculate the weight.Finally,the teaching evaluation index system is applied in practice to test the effectiveness of the index system.The research results are as follows:1.The construction of the evaluation indicators for the expansion of training teams in colleges and universities is based on the theoretical basis of the three theories of teaching theory,team development theory and Cooper learning circle theory,and scientific,complete,measurable and directional.Four basic principles for constructing curriculum evaluation.2.The teaching evaluation indicators of the college development training team have been initially formulated,expert opinions have been screened,and then revised,and a set of four first-level indicators have been formed around the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching implementation,and teaching feedback.12 A teaching evaluation index system composed of 37 second-level indexes and 37 second-level indexes.AHP is used to compare and calculate the relative importance of indicators at all levels,and the weight value of each indicator at the same level is obtained.Based on the weight value,a teaching evaluation scale is made.3.The teaching evaluation of the extended training team in colleges and universities belongs to the combination of process evaluation and final evaluation.It expresses the middle school students from various aspects such as the teaching environment,teaching methods,teaching content,goal achievement,teaching implementation process and effects,etc.Thestatus of the course,the setting of the course,the professionalism of the teacher,etc.,in the form of scales or questionnaires are used to effectively feedback the problems in the teaching.The application results of this article effectively reflect the teaching effect after the college students participate in the extended training course.According to the feedback results,the course design can be optimized more specifically.
