Curriculum reform not only focuses on students learning the basic knowledge of geography,but also pays more attention to cultivating students 'interest in exploring geography problems,training geographical observation and thinking skills.The junior middle school geography course is a basic course with the nature of natural science and humanities and social sciences.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the experimental geography teaching in the junior middle school geography teaching.This paper studies the design of Geography Experiment Teaching in junior high school,using typical case method and literature analysis method.The paper mainly analyzes the content analysis,design and design principle of geography experiment,and takes the earth and map as an example to make simple globe,earth rotation produces day and night alternation,and the earth turns to public production The experiment design of junior high school geography teaching contents,such as the change of students' four seasons,the drawing of campus plan,the making of contour terrain model,the drawing of terrain section,etc.,is carried out.The implementation strategy of geography experiment teaching is given,and the experimental results are analyzed.According to the experimental arrangement,before the second monthly examination,the teaching work of class 3 and class 4 was optimized by geographical experiment.Cl ass 1 and class 2 still chose the original teaching method of geographical experiment.The duration is one month.After one month's practice,I take part in the monthly examination and make a comparative analysis of the results of the students in four classes.It is known that the pass rate of the two classes has increased by about 2%.The results of the three classes and the four classes which took the measures of geographical experiment optimization improved significantly,and the average scores increased to a certain extent,and the average scores and pass rates were close to the level of the first two classes.Based on the analysis and design of the geography experiment content of the seventh grade people's edition teaching material "earth and map",it i s concluded that according to the requirements of the curriculum standard,the teacher designs the experiment content skillfully and meticulously.The geography experiment teaching can not only improve the professional quality of the teacher,but also refl ect the main position of the students,expand their horizons,give full play to their creativity,enhance their interest in learning geography and enhance their interest in learning geography Students' ability to learn geography,improve their achievements in geography,consolidate their knowledge of geography,complete their teaching tasks,and meet the requirements of geography teaching.Furthermore,it provides a good reference for the teaching design of geography experiment in junior middle school.
