Reading teaching is an essential part of Chinese language teaching in primary schools,and the main question design is the most important aspect of it.The quality of the main question has an important effect on the efficiency of reading teaching and classroom effect.With the popularization of the unified compiled textbooks of Chinese in primary schools,people pay more attention to reading teaching,and in the process of reading teaching,the main question design is a key point.Therefore,front-line Chinese teachers attach more and more importance to it.According to the author's statistics,the narrative works account for a major proportion in the unified compiled textbooks,but it is still insufficient of overall research on the narrative works in the unified compiled textbooks in primary schools,so the research direction of this thesis is the application of the main question design of narrative works in Chinese teaching in primary schools.The author learned the former research results on the main question and narrative works by referring to relevant documentation.By referring to the former research results,the author defined two core concepts in this study:the main question and the narrative works in Chinese teaching in primary schools.Through questionnaires,classroom observations and face-to-face communication with teachers,the author found that there are still some defects in the current main question design of narrative works in Chinese teaching in primary schools,which are mainly reflected in the following four aspects: unclear purpose of the main question design;stereotype of the main question design;lack of frame in the main question design;lack of careful consideration in the main question expression.For these problems,combining the results of the questionnaires and the analysis of teachers' interview records,we found that the main reasons are that the teacher lacks an in-depth interpretation of the text;the main question is not fully understood;and the learning situation of the narrative works is ignored.Afterreading a lot of literature and analyzing high quality courses,the author proposes solutions from the following three aspects: grasp the core point of the main question design of narrative works;find the entry point of the main question design from the overall characteristics of narrative works;grasp the emphasis of the main question design from four typical styles of narrative works.To enrich the research,this thesis cited 9 high-quality lessons as the argument materials for the research.Finally,in accordance with the core issues and optimization strategies of the main question design proposed in the previous research process,the author selected Bridge in the unified compiled textbooks of the sixth grade and designed the main question of it after learning from the class teaching of the renowned teachers.The author put the design into practice in the classroom,and had teaching reflection after class.In short,the main question design is one of the effective ways for teachers to improve the classroom teaching efficiency of narrative works in primary schools.It is hoped that this paper can offer help to relevant researchers and front-line teachers.
