Novel teaching plays a significant role in Chinese reading teaching,which has a profound influence on the overall abilities of students such as language generalization,summary through analysis and aesthetic appreciation.As the grasp of the novel classroom,the main problem can integrate the class as a whole and play an important role in the novel teaching.Thus,teachers should lay emphasis on the design of "main problem" in novel teaching which may make a difference in assuring high efficiency by avoiding stalemates of required thought lack and distraction for given questions.However,there are still many issues in the novel teaching classroom at present.Some teachers design the main problem in the process of novel teaching,getting a tepid outcome backfired certainly.Aiming to the situation above,this paper takes the novel unit in the compulsory textbook of "Human Education Edition" as an example to help teachers to improve the direction for teachers to carry out teaching by studying how to effectively design the "main problem" of novel teaching from several aspects,such as the analysis of novel selection,the principle and strategy of main problem design.Starting from the selection of novels in the compulsory and elective textbooks of senior high school language,this paper focuses on the design strategy of the main problem of novel reading teaching.Firstly,the author analyzes the novel titles of the compulsory and elective textbooks,understands the requirements of the novel units of compulsory three and four and the specific situation of the novel titles,and combs the contents of the selected novels,Emphasizing the important value of novel teaching.In addition,this paper explains the importance of the novel teaching "main problem" design according to relevant bases such as the general high school language curriculum standards,examination syllabus and humanistic education psychology.Secondly,the author investigate and study two middle schools in Chongqing by means of handing out questionnaires to the teachers and students separately.Based on the data analysis and statistics,the following conclusions are drawn: problems that exist in the design of "main problem" in the novel classroom mainly include the issues like deviation between the teaching expectation and the actual effect,the improper design of the main problem,the false space of the main problem and the oneness of novel teaching.For current existing problems,this paper probes into the implementation principles and strategies of "main problem" design in high school novel teaching.Teachers are supposed to pay attention to the main problem design in novel teaching,taking things like goal orientation,student subject,life-oriented environment and exciting interest centered and grasp the key and difficult points of the novel.Then aim at the main problem according to the stylistic features of the novel and diversify the teaching ideas by characterizing and specializing the background from the perspective of novel narrator and narration,Finally,we choose two representative intensive reading texts "Blessing" and "The Man in the Set" to supplement the strategy through the specific main problem design teaching operation case,hoping to provide a little reference for the majority of first-line teachers.
