Since the concept of quality education was first put forward in the central document in August 1993,quality education in China has been carried out for more than 20 years.During this period,China's primary and secondary education has always run through the educational concept of“people's all-round development'throughout it.The so-called human development refers to the balanced and comprehensive development of one's moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and other aspects and abilities.In primary and secondary education,music course is undoubtedly an important way for students to master music knowledge and acquire music ability,and it is also one of the important ways for students to learn to discover,appreciate and create beautyIn the traditional music teaching mode,learning to sing is equivalent to having music class.However,with the continuous reform and development of music education,instrumental music teaching has gradually been included in the music curriculum standards and become an important part of the music curriculum.Instrumental music teaching has the advantages that singing teaching does not have.It can improve students' interest in music learning through practice,and make up for the music theory knowledge that is often ignored in singing teaching Meanwhile,instrumental music learning plays an important role in cultivating students' positive and healthy emotions and enriching daily campus life.However,through reading a large number of articles and visiting Yong'an Road Primary School,the author found that although instrumental music teaching has been included in the curriculum standard,its implementation is not satisfactory,and even in some schools in some regions,due to a variety of reasons,instrumental music teaching is still rejected from the music curriculum.As a music educator,we must think about how to face and solve these problems and how to make instrumental music enter every class effectively.This paper mainly uses the method of questionnaire survey,through visiting Yong'an Road Primary School to listen to lessons,interview and other ways,to reflect the current situation and existing problems of the development of instrumental music teaching in music class,and puts forward some views and feasible suggestions,hoping to have a certain practical significance for improving the quality of instrumental music teachingBy means of literature research,interview,questionnaire and so on,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the development of instrumental music teaching in Yong'an Road Primary School in Jining City.Through analyzing the phenomenon,external connection and internal reasons,it goes deep into the specific situation of instrumental music teaching in Yongan Road Primary School in Jining City.
