The martial arts is an excellent traditional Chinese culture and a treasure of Chinese culture.The martial arts courses are offered in Colleges and universities.On the one hand,it can improve the physical quality of college students,on the other hand,it can better spread the traditional Chinese culture.Martial arts teaching has become an important way to spread excellent traditional culture.Martial arts teaching method is a vital part.How to improve students' interest in martial arts,and how to make martial arts classroom more vivid,students more involved,and better grasp the knowledge of martial arts.Education reform has been advocated all the time,but throughout the current teaching methods,most of the classrooms still adopt the traditional teaching methods,which are always cramming and cramming.The classroom is dominated by teachers' teaching,that is,what teachers teach,what students learn,and what students learn and practice are carried out under the unified arrangement of teachers.This kind of teaching is dominated by teachers,which not only reduces students' learning In order to respond to the national curriculum reform,so that the martial arts classroom can attract students,so that students experience in doing middle school,music middle school.Now the cooperative learning teaching method is applied in martial arts teaching.This paper uses the methods of literature,statistics,questionnaire,interview and teaching experiment to study the application of cooperative learning in the general course of martial arts in physical education.The physical education majors of Inner Mongolia Normal University Physical Education College in 2018 are selected as the experimental objects,which are divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group uses cooperative learning method for teaching and the control group uses traditional teaching method for teaching.Through the experimental comparison,it is tested that the application of cooperative learning teaching method in the general course of martial arts has better influence on students' cooperative ability,martial arts special quality,martial arts special technology and martial arts practical ability than the traditional teaching method.Through cooperative learning,students' cooperative consciousness is improved,students' main position in the classroom is improved,and the relationship between teachers and students is promoted.Through this experiment,we can provide theoretical basis for the future martial arts teaching,improve the teaching quality of martial arts courses effectively,and make martial arts classroom more colorful.The conclusion is as follows:1.Before the experiment,the martial arts special quality,martial arts special technology and cooperation ability of the experimental group and the control group were analyzed by t-test(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,indicating that the conditions of the experimental group and the control group were the same and met the experimental conditions.2.After the experiment,the martial arts special quality,martial arts special technology and martial arts practical ability between the experimental group and the control group are significantly different through t-test analysis(P < 0.05),which can effectively improve martial arts performance;after the experiment,the cooperation ability between the experimental group and the control group is significantly different through t-test analysis(P > 0.05),and there is no significant difference between the two groups of data.After the average comparison,the performance of the experimental group It was higher than the control group.3.Before and after the experiment,the test results of martial arts special quality and martial arts special technology in the experimental group were significantly different(P < 0.05)through t-test analysis;before and after the experiment,the cooperation ability of the experimental group was significantly different(P = 0.01)through t-test analysis.4.Before and after the experiment,the test results of martial arts special quality and martial arts special technology in the control group were analyzed by t-test(P < 0.05),there was a significant difference,standing long jump performance decreased,positive kicking and flying foot performance improved;the t-test results of cooperation ability in the control group before and after the experiment were p = 0.03,there was a significant difference,and the cooperation ability decreased after the experiment.
