The development of information in basic education is a process of continuous improvement and spiral rise.In the past decades,the gradual application of information technology in the field of education has enabled schools to optimize teachers' teaching and transform students' learning methods with the help of information improvement.With the advent of "education informatization 2.0" and the era of 5G,digital resources and applied technologies are bound to usher in a new round of changes and updates,and the key role of informatization improvement in education reform will be highlighted again.At the same time,how to deal with the problems and challenges faced by the development of education in the information age has become the focus of the world.However,in the process of exploring the improvement path of informatization,schools in different regions and at different starting points often need to adopt different strategies according to local conditions.Moreover,most of the policies and standards issued by the state only give the development requirements from the macro level,but they do not explain their specific strategies and implementation methods,which are of weak practical guidance to schools.Therefore,the construction of informatization improvement strategy model and its model case base for basic education has gradually become an urgent problem to be solved in the study of school informatization improvement.In view of this,this study,after reviewing and comparing relevant literatures at home and abroad,introduces the RSI strategy model widely used in the field of school improvement abroad into China.In this paper,it is used as the basic plate to construct the strategic index system and model for the improvement of school informatization in China,and further extract the supporting case base of strategy implementation.The research work and results of this paper include the following aspects:First,review the related literature at home and abroad.On the basis of literature research,this study first defines the core concepts of school improvement,school informatization improvement and school informatization improvement strategy model.Then,by studying the influencing factors and improvement models of school improvement at home and abroad,it provides a theoretical basis for the selection of RSI model.In addition,this paper summarizes the evaluation indexes of educational informatization development and the evaluation indexes of principal informatization leadership in international organizations,developed countries such as Europe and America and China,so as to adjust the informatization and localization of RSI indexes.Finally,the summary of school improvement strategies lays a theoretical foundation for the improvement of the index system.Second,construct the strategy model of school informatization improvement.In this study,the concept mapping method was used to map and correspond the introduced RSI strategic indicators one by one on the basis of mature evaluation indicators of educational informatization development and school informatization leadership indicators,so as to achieve the externalization and native adjustment of information elements in RSI indicators.When correcting the indicators,the author conducted two rounds of expert demonstration and review using Delphi method,and finally obtained the ICT-RSI indicators and models applicable to domestic schools.Thirdly,the strategy implementation case base matching with the model is constructed.In order to provide schools with specific methods of informatization improvement strategies and excellent demonstration cases for reference,this study selects school cases with excellent performance in the application and reform of education informatization,and these cases are all published by the central electric education center and other authoritative institutions.According to the clues of "ideas,challenges,specific practices,tools",code analysis was conducted,and ICT-RSI strategy indicators were used to extract the implementation mode of the strategy.This case database not only verifies the model and its strategic indicators,but also provides strong and specific support and guidance for the improvement of school informatization.Fourth,verify and apply the strategy model of school informatization improvement.With the help of SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 24.0 statistical analysis software,the author firstly developed a questionnaire survey tool based on model indicators,and tested its reliability and validity.After modification and improvement,a formal questionnaire was formed.Then,the model is verified and analyzed,and the application results are analyzed.For the strategy indicators with good application effect,the specific implementation methods are mined through in-depth interview to enrich and improve the case database.Fifth,improve the research and put forward Suggestions.Through the verification and application of the model,the ICT-RSI indicators and the existing problems of the model were solved,and the missing strategic dimensions or implementation methods in the case database were supplemented.At the same time,the author puts forward some suggestions to deal with the realistic problems found in the process of research and practice.
