The reform of the new college entrance examination is an important educational reform measure at the present stage in China.It will have great influence on general high school.The research is of practical significance for the implementation of the reform policy.This paper explores the exploration process of non-class system in senior high school,analyzes the current situation of teaching management,summarizes the practical difficulties of teaching management,and further puts forward the development suggestions and trends.Qualitative research methods and quantitative research methods are used in the study,case study method,interview method,observation method,physical analysis method and questionnaire method are used to collect relevant data.The questionnaire was designed according to the definition of middle level teaching management,based on the four vertical process dimensions and integrating the related content of horizontal dimensions.Research materials were classified according to the above four dimensions.Based on the interview data and data analysis results,this paper finds and summarizes the current difficulties in the teaching management of the general high school.The results of the scale data analysis show that the overall effect score of the teaching management is in the middle level,and the average scores of the four dimensions are in the middle level,the average score of the dimension of planning and arrangement is the highest,the average scores of the dimension of planning and arrangement is lowest.In the dimension of planning and arrangement,the average score of diversity of curriculum is the lowest.In the organization operation dimension,the average score of communication efficiency with parents is the lowest.In the quality inspection dimension,the average score of the practicability of technology is the lowest.In the teaching research dimension,the average score of the efficiency of solving teaching and research problems is the lowest.The research results of the difference analysis show that there is no significant difference in the scores of teaching effect items and management effect items in terms of gender,teaching age,education background,position,whether to be a head teacher.Based on interviews and the results of data analysis,It is found that the diversity of school curriculum is low in the dimension of planning and arrangement.In the dimension of organization operation,the main problem is the low effectiveness of after-school management.In the dimension of quality inspection,the main problems are focused on the implementation level of quality inspection,which shows that the effectiveness of inspection is low and information technology is difficult to effectively support teaching management.In the dimension of teaching research,the main problem is the low effectiveness of teaching research activities.Combined with the results of the study,four suggestions are put forward for the development of the teaching management of no-class system in senior high schools,which are to build the teaching plan according to local conditions,to clarify the division of rights and responsibilities,to improve the operation efficiency,to strengthen the construction of curriculum and information platform,and to actively adjust to the changes of internal and external environment.
