| In 2019,Guangzhou officially promulgated the "Social Work + Charity" strategic plan, which aims to promote the high-quality integrated development of social work and philanthropy, and create a community governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing, but community charitable resources cannot meet the needs of residents. The status quo is still a problem that needs to be solved urgently.Studying how community social workers integrate community charity resources contributes to the long-term development of community charity and enriches the practical research on the combination of social work and charity.Guided by the social capital theory and taking the T community in Guangzhou as the research object, this paper uses unstructured observation method and in-depth interview method to collect data.By sorting out the results of grassroots governments, residents, community enterprises and community social organizations participating in charitable activities, summarize the experience of T community in the process of integrating material charitable resources, human charitable resources, organizational charitable resources and cultural charitable resources. The study found that the integration of charitable resources in T community relying on community charitable funds has achieved certain results.Community charitable funds have become an important material carrier for residents to improve their sense of identity and belonging, but the utilization of cultural charitable resources is relatively simple. There are three problems in the process: social workers in the T community are overly dependent on the government, their own abilities need to be improved and the residents’ charitable awareness is difficult to cultivate. This paper proposes to actively cultivate community organizations under the guidance of the government, give full play to the resource integration function of the Internet, adopt innovative forms to deepen residents’ philanthropy awareness, and training to improve the practical ability of social workers. These measures all provide reference for the practice of other communities. |
