With the new round of curriculum reform and the implementation of the 2019 version of the new college entrance examination policy issued by Jiangsu Province,the teaching of high school geography is facing unprecedented changes.In this paper,through literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods and data analysis methods,a number of studies have been conducted on the status of geography in the college entrance examination,the core qualities of high school geography,teaching methods,teacher treatment and changes in curriculum,etc.For reasons,try to analyze the changes and deviations in the geography teaching activities of the high school under the new curriculum reform,especially the new college entrance examination model.It provides some valuable references for the further optimization of the college entrance examination reform program in Jiangsu Province by finding,solving problems,or making suggestions,and also provides some crude insights for the sustainable development of high school geography education and teaching.This article first studies the background of the 2019 Jiangsu college entrance examination program,and makes a list and analysis.By comparing the previous college entrance examination programs,especially the 08 program,the purpose of the2019 new program and some existing imperfections are analyzed;Starting with the status change,try to analyze the profound impact of the new college entrance examination program on the geography teaching in the high school under the background of the new curriculum reform.The content of the high school curriculum under the new curriculum standard has undergone major adjustments,and its practical life has been greatly improved.The abstract content has been removed from the mandatory part and placed in the elective part.Therefore,the compulsory textbooks have been reduced by 1 and the optional textbooks have been changed from 7 to 12 books.This makes the students feel that the compulsory part of the content is very simple so as to increase the number of students who choose geography when choosing courses,which is very beneficial to improve the academic status of middle school geography and the social influence as a basic discipline.This article from the aspect of high school geography curriculum changes,teaching methods and management,changes in the content of high school geography teaching,students' interest in learning and study habits,attitudes,etc.,which describes the ecological geography ofhigh school in 2019 a new entrance new curriculum standards.After conducting multi-channel investigation and attribution research on the impact of the 2019 new college entrance examination reform on high school geography teaching,this paper will put forward personal views on this Jiangsu college entrance examination reform,such as establishing a correct college entrance examination concept,rational selection,and optimization design of the program.In the end,this paper will also put forward some adaptive opinions on the high school geography teaching under the background of the new college entrance examination.
