With the continuous deepening of China's industrialization process,the goal of industrial development has changed from high-speed economic growth to high-quality development of the industrial economy.Industrial development has put forward higher requirements for talent planning.The number,structure,and quality of talents must all be transformed with industry.Upgrades are coordinated,otherwise the industrial economy will not be able to achieve healthy and stable development.In this context,scholars attach great importance to the coordinated development of industrial economy and talents.Research on the relationship between scientific and technological talents and industrial economy has developed from "one-way effect" and "mutual promotion" to "two-way coupling",but the existing "two-way coupling" The researches all focus on the coupling evaluation at the time and space level.How is the coupling relationship between scientific and technological talents and the industrial economy formed? What is the utility after coupling? Further exploration is needed to promote the coupled development of industrial economy and scientific and technological talents and give full play to the coupling effect.On the basis of sorting out relevant literature,we will conduct in-depth research on the coupling development of scientific and technological talents and industrial economy.Firstly,based on the coupling theory,the coupling formation mechanism of scientific and technological talents and the industrial economic system is elaborated.A model of the degree of coupling and coordination between scientific and technological talents and the industrial economy is constructed,and the coupling development status of the thirty provinces of China is analyzed.At the same time,based on the basic knowledge theory,a coupling effect model was constructed to analyze the impact of the coupling of scientific and technological talents and industrial economy on the innovation performance of industrial enterprises,and based on this,suggestions for promoting the coupling development of industry and improving its innovation performance level were proposed.Research shows that the industrial economic system requires knowledge elements of the scientific and technological talent system,and the scientific and technological talents also have capital requirements for the industrial economic system,prompting the two to establish joint research,joint development,equity joint ventures,and other cooperative relationships.Funds and other factors penetrate into each other,eventually forming a coupling relationship of complementary advantages;the utility of this coupling relationship is specifically manifested in improving the level of innovation performance of industrial enterprises,and is greater than the strength of research and development and personnel input,which is more conducive to the industrial economy High-quality development;At present,the coupling development of China's scientific and technological talents and the industrial economy has steadily increased,but it has not reached an acceptable level of coupling.There is a lot of room for improvement,and regional development is uncoordinated and the gap is gradually increasing.The thesis research has certain innovation and theoretical and practical value.It is mainly reflected in the coupling coordination degree in the regression model,empirical research on the exploration of coupling effects,and promotes the analysis of coupling space-time to the research of coupling utility.The strategic map in the literature research is introduced into the coupling theory.Visual analysis of the coupled development of space-time development.Based on this,it puts forward suggestions for the development of regional coupling,which has certain practical significance for improving the level of innovation performance of industrial enterprises and achieving high-quality development of the industrial economy.
