At present,China's economy has stepped into the stage of deep integration with the world economy,and economic globalization has also brought great impact on China's education.Secondary vocational school(hereinafter referred to as secondary vocational school)is facing many new opportunities and challenges.Whether secondary vocational school can stand firm in the new situation depends on whether it can timely and appropriately cultivate high-quality,professional talents at all levels,and the realization of this goal depends on high-quality courses.Moreover,with the rapid development of modern information technology,online education has become an important force in the field of educational information application.As an important part of national education,vocational education must keep up with the times,vigorously carry out information construction,spread content through the application of information technology and Internet technology,and facilitate students' fast learning.In recent years,school-based curriculum development based on regional culture has been gradually launched in various schools.For the secondary vocational school students studying tourism in Inner Mongolia,the development of Inner Mongolia tourism industry also improves the requirements for tourism talents.Due to the increase of foreign tourists,students majoring in tourism will take up tourism posts in the future.They need to have the ability to introduce Inner Mongolia culture to foreign tourists and promote Inner Mongolia culture.How to understand the Inner Mongolian culture and spread it to the outside world requires the development of school-based curriculum.This paper chooses the design and development of tourism English onlineschool-based curriculum in secondary vocational schools based on the regional culture of Inner Mongolia as the research topic.After reading a lot of literature,it makes a feasibility analysis and student demand analysis on the design and development of tourism English online school-based curriculum in secondary vocational schools,and summarizes the relevant theories of curriculum development.On this basis,the online school-based curriculum of tourism English in secondary vocational school based on Inner Mongolia regional culture is designed and developed systematically.In this study,the students of Tourism Management Major in Secondary Vocational School of Aohan banner,Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are taken as the objects.Through the investigation of the students' basic learning situation,the students' learning situation,learning attitude and curriculum form,84% of the students hope to learn Inner Mongolia culture through an English course.Therefore,it is necessary to set up a school-based curriculum of tourism English on the basis of students' needs.Guided by constructivism learning theory,situational teaching method and input hypothesis theory,and guided by the needs of the society and students,this paper designs and develops the online school-based curriculum of tourism English in secondary vocational schools based on the regional culture of Inner Mongolia with the help of superstar learning platform,hoping to provide some references for the development of online school-based curriculum.
