School-basedcurriculum development has been a hot topic in recent10years, but still stays in theoretical discussion level by the lackof more practical work. Its causes vary. First, the contents ofthe college entrance exam always cover the base course.Second, the status of school-based curriculum is not high.Third, the test plan of school-based curriculum is not clear. The last, the different level departments of education andteachers haven’t played an active part in it, etc. This paper aims at integrating the regional culture into thepreparation of the college entrance exam and developing thesuitable school-based curriculum for this period to fit thesenior high school Chinese teaching and improve thepertinence and effectiveness of Chinese teaching. This paperalso aims at improving students’ humanities cultivatedmanners and combing the school-based curriculum with thecollege entrance exam. The development of school-based curriculum for the college entrance exam is the first step onthe road to reality for the school-based curriculum. This paper takes regional culture as the development ofschool-based curriculum resources, selecting suitableschool-based resource to integrate and developing for thesuitable courses for our school. The research of the Chineselanguage school-based curriculum in the existing regionalculture mainly focuses on the rich regional resources. Most importantly, it improve the students’the quality of the Chinese language. Besides, we all focus onthe key points in senior high school Chinese teaching, hopingto combine the regional culture with senior high schoolChinese teaching and design a curriculum that can impact theregional culture into senior students. This method not onlycan test the students’ subject ability, but also can pass on theculture, which can be said to be the case. This paper wants todevelop a school-based curriculum of high school Chinesecourse which all the senior high schools in this region arewilling to set up. We also hope to find a balance point betweenthe new curriculum reform and the college entrance exam to keep the enthusiasm of the teachers to develop theschool-based curriculum and not to delay the preparation ofthe college entrance exam.
