| According to the spirit of "sports power construction outline" and "healthy China 2030" planning outline issued and implemented,on the basis of kindergarten's attention to the development of children's sports,the situation of kindergarten sports resources has been paid attention to,and the development and construction of kindergarten sports resources have been paid attention to.In this paper,literature,questionnaire,field survey,interviews and other research methods,Haidian District,Beijing public kindergarten sports resources were investigated and analyzed.This paper studies the human resources,sports financial resources,sports field resources,sports equipment resources and sports activity resources of kindergartens.Combined with the actual situation,it puts forward suggestions that are conducive to the development of kindergarten sports resources,and promotes the development and utilization of kindergarten sports resources.Research shows:1.The age of teachers in public kindergartens in Haidian District of Beijing is mainly 20-39 years old,accounting for 76%.89% of the teachers have junior college and undergraduate education.87.5% of kindergartens have PE teachers,of which 50% have fulltime PE teachers.2.The main source of sports funds for public kindergartens in Haidian District of Beijing is self financing,accounting for 62.5%.62.5% of the kindergartens spend 100000-300000 yuan annually,and 50% of the kindergartens spend more than 403 yuan(average).3.The average class area of outdoor sports venues in public kindergartens in Haidian District of Beijing is 139.7 m ~ 2,and that of indoor sports venues is 11.7 m ~ 2.62.5% of kindergartens have an average area of more than 5.4 m ~ 2(average),and 37.5% of kindergartens have an average area of more than 0.45 m ~ 2.The number of outdoor sports venues is mainly 5 or less,accounting for 75%,and the number of indoor sports venues is 1-3.4.Beijing Haidian District Public Kindergarten fixed sports equipment,such as large slide,climbing frame and other sliding,climbing,100% coverage,mobile sports equipment ball,rope skipping 100% coverage,mini tricycle,tire coverage of 87%.Self made sports equipment mainly includes self-made sandbags and other throwing categories.5.75% of the public kindergartens in Haidian District,Beijing,spend more than 2 hours a day on sports activities.All kindergartens have set up collective dance,gymnastics and ball exercises,while Wushu,roller skating and Taekwondo are rarely set up.According to the survey results,combined with the suggestions put forward by relevant experts,the following suggestions are put forward according to the problems existing in the current situation of sports resources in public kindergartens in Haidian District,Beijing1.At the same time,we should strengthen the professional knowledge and skills training of teachers.2.It is suggested that kindergartens should pay attention to children's physical education,arrange the existing funds reasonably,increase the investment in kindergarten sports funds,and raise funds through various channels.All departments should give kindergarten sports resources some help and support.3.Make full use of the existing area of outdoor sports venues,make reasonable layout and planning for outdoor sports venues,and develop indoor sports venues to increase their number and types.4.Reasonable planning,full use of sports venues for the placement of fixed sports equipment,increase the number of children's favorite climbing class of fixed sports equipment.5.Different ages of children's sports time division,increase the frequency of sports activities.Professional PE teachers should be employed to carry out standard demonstration and guidance,improve the selection of sports activities and enrich the content of characteristic sports activities. |
