Research On The Integration And Development Of College Sports Associations And Social Sports Associations

In order to promote the implementation of the major decision-making of the National Fitness Plan,the extensive implementation of mass sports ctivities has become a vital link,the reason is that participation in sports activities is a direct way of fitness,so the development of sports activities is the most direct reflection of the development of national fitness.And all kinds of sports associations are the main part of sports activities,so the development of sports associations is a direct reflection of regional sports activities and sports culture.The sports associations in the region are divided into two parts,namely,the sports associations of colleges and universities and the social sports associations.This paper takes the fangshan area as an example to study the problems in the development of these two parts of sports associations,and tries to solve the development dilemma of sports societies through the model of fusion development,and makes the two important components of sports culture in the region more closely connected through the development of integration.Based on this background,this study uses literature,expert interview,field examination,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to analyze the problems encountered in the development of the sports associations and social sports associations in fangshan district,and to analyze the feasibility of integration and development.The content and benefits of fusion development,as well as the problems that may be encountered in the integration of development and solution strategies,etc.are studied and analyzed.Conclusions are as follows: First,college sports associations and social sports associations have good conditions for integration and development,ther e is a similar development concept of integration and development of the fea sibility is very high.There is common demand for sports talents training and regional sports culture,as well as sports resources,and can be integrated at a deeper level.Conclusion 2: The contents of the integration and developme nt of this study include: the popularization of sports talents,the disseminatio n of sports theory knowledge,the exchange and improvement of sports skills,the exchange and reference of the way sports association activities are carri ed out,the organization and expansion of sports events,the rational utilizatio n and maintenance of sports resources,the planning and operation of the spo rts industry,The exchange and dissemination of sports culture.Currently in t he project has the housing mountain gas volleyball popularization and exchan ge competition,by the social sports community to initiate the form of university and community participation activities.Conclusion 3: In many ways of i ntegration and development(integration communication among members of th e community,integration communication among organizational departments,ind ependent exchange of associationsand government-led-university-assisted-comm unity self-integration model)the government-led model covers the form of int egration of feasibility,security and medical security services.It is also the m odel that is advocated in the integrated development mode in this study,and some social sports associations and college sports associations are experimen ting with this model.Conclusion 4: The successful implementation of the mo del of integration and development can not be achieved without the leadershi p of government departments,the active participation of various social sports associations,and the active participation of university sports talents,in order to develop into the expected situation of mutual benefit and win-win situati on of colleges and society,so as to contribute to the popularization of comp rehensive fitness and the construction of a harmonious socialist society.Con clusion 5: At present,in the process of integration and development,in addit ion to organizing a practical test,other items,such as the exchange of sports talents,the planning of sports industry and the dissemination of sports cultu re,have not been proved feasible by practice,and need to be implemented it em by item in the future development of the association.
