Qiannan Prefecture is located in the southern of Guizhou province,where is a multi-ethnic gathering place.At present,Qiannan is comparatively backward in economy and culture.In terms of physical education,the strength of teacher's group is weak and facility equipment serious deficient.Based on the experience of supporting education in the remote mountainous areas of Huishui County,Qiannan Prefecture.This paper focus on the influence of children's interest track and field on the physical quality of pupils in the remote mountainous areas of Qiannan.Choosing Class 1 and 3 from Grade 5,Class 2 and Class 3from Grade 6 as the research object and carried out the experiment which lasted almost one term on the four class students.In this study,Class1,Grade 5 and Class 3,Grade 6 were chosen as matched group and traditional physical education was utilized.Class 3,Grade 5and Class 2,Grade 6 were chosen as experimental group and the children's fun track and field teaching was utilized.Through the comparison between the experimental class and the control class,the boys and girls,the resident students and the non-resident students,the author tries to fully understand the influence of children's interesting track and field on the physical quality of the pupils in the remote mountainous areas of Qiannan Prefecture.The teaching content integrates the traditional sports with local characteristics into the children's interesting track and field events.on the one hand,popularize the children's interest track and field,on the other hand,for the continuation of the local characteristic sports events.According to the student's physique and health standard of primary and secondary schools,the test items were finally determined.It contained the 50-meter run,one minute jump rope,lumbar flexion,50-meter * 8 round trip running,one minute sit-up and standing broad jump.In this paper,the effects of children's interesting track and field on the physical quality of pupils in remote mountainous areas of Qiannan were studied by using various research methods,including documents method,expert interview method and experimental method.The main results were as follows:Firstly,It was found that children's interesting track and field has significantly improved and promoted the physical fitness of the fifth and sixth graders through the experiment.The six areas are: 50-meter run,one minute jump rope,lumbar flexion,50-meter * 8 round trip running,one minute sit-up and standing broad jump.These results were obviously improved compared with those students before the experiment,and the results of the experimental class were higher than those of the control class.Secondly,through the experiment,it was a certain gap between boys and girls in the children's interesting track and field.In the project of 50-meter run,one minute sit-up and standing broad jump,boys' score were significantly higher than girls' score.Nevertheless,girls' score was better than that of boys' in one minute jump rope and lumbar flexion.Thirdly,there was no significant difference in the influence of children's interesting track and field on the students of resident and non-resident.Their training results was very close and no obvious gap.The children's interesting track and field has a good influence on the physical quality of pupils in the remote mountainous areas of Qiannan Prefecture.It provides a theoretical basis for the development of the physical fitness of pupils in Qiannan.At the same time,the integration of local traditional sports and children's interesting track and field makes students easier to master the skills for track and local traditional sports.
