Research purpose: Sports is closely related to the survival and practical activities of human beings.It is a social practice for the long-term development of human beings,including the basic movement skills such as walking,running,jumping,throwing and throwing,which are necessary in people’s life.It has the functions such as fitness,competition,education and entertainment.Regular participation in sports is not only helpful to cultivate children’s basic sports skills and physical and mental health development,but also conducive to the overall development of physical qualities such as strength,speed,flexibility and sensitivity.Sensitive quality is the ability of the human body to respond to external stimuli in the process of rapid movement.It is closely related to strength,speed,flexibility and coordination,and is the comprehensive embodiment of the human physical quality.Primary school is the best period for the physical growth and development of teenagers,and also the critical period for cultivating sensitive quality.Targeted,systematic and scientific sensitive exercise intervention is not only conducive to the improvement of students’ sensitivity,but also has a positive effect on the improvement of other qualities.Through the 12-week children’s interesting track and field experiment,and the test index data before and after the sensitive quality test are analyzed and discussed,which provides a reference for the development of children’s interesting track and field in the future.Research method: In this study,80 students from two classes of Luzhou Lishi Central Primary School were selected as experimental subjects,including 40 students from experimental group and control group.They were randomly divided into two groups for a 12-week experimental teaching.Using the method of questionnaire survey and expert interview,the teaching content of interesting track and field,sensitivity quality evaluation index and teaching training index were selected,and the scores of the students in the fourth grade were sorted out and analyzed by the method of mathematical statistics.Both groups were tested for homogeneity before the experiment to ensure that there was no significant difference between the two groups,and after the experiment,the five sensitivity indicators were tested again and analyzed and discussed using the paired sample T-test.finding:1.Before and after the experiment,students in the experimental group and the control group had significant differences in hexagonal sensitivity test,20 s repeated span,Illinois running,and Las-Canada running(P <0.05),and no significant difference in5-10-5(P> 0.05).2.Before and after the experiment,the growth rate of sensitive quality index of boys,5-10-5 and hexagonal tests was better than that of Illinois boys,but the growth rate was smaller than that of Illinois boys;the growth rate of the five sensitive quality indicators in the experimental group was better than that of the control group.3.After the experiment,compared with the control group,the students’ hexagonal sensitivity test,5-10-5 sensitivity and asasrun changed significantly(P <0.05);the Illinois group and 20 s repeated sensitivity index(P> 0.05),but the Illinois control group had better improvement effect,while the experimental group was better,and the experimental group was better than the control group.research conclusion:1.Children’s fun track and field sensitive practice is in line with the physical and mental development characteristics of primary school students.In primary school,we should seize the sensitive period of physical quality development and improve the sensitive quality of primary school students aged 9-10.At the same time,it is feasible to enrich the traditional sensitive practice methods and methods,and to apply them to the primary school physical education class.2.Children fun track and field sensitive practice and traditional conventional sensitive training can improve students’ sensitive quality.In practical application,the two should not be each other,learn from each other,choose the best plan to improve the students’ physical quality.
