In order to meet the needs of enterprises to professional skilled personnel,the traditional skills of students in secondary vocational training model must change,the resources of secondary vocational schools and industries must be integrate. School-enterprise cooperation,the"work-study", can really train the professional skilledpersonnel to meet the demands of social and business.This paper argues that"work-study"mode is under the concept of the"industry-university co-operation",is related to the concept of student internship,is the concept which is positioned at the operational level. The"work-study"is a personnel training mode which is the combination of theoretical classroom learning and participation in social work posts, which is a student-centered, job-oriented, which make full use of external environment and resources to achieve the combination of work and learning with a view to gain work experience, which improve the overall quality of all aspects which includes the professional skills of students. It carried out in line with the state vigorously to promote the process of industrialization on the demand for high-skilled talents. Secondary vocational education and training can be achieved by a closed to an open. It can be transformed from the traditional system of teaching discipline to systematic work process of teaching.This paper describes the combination of"work-study"education,the historical trends and the basis of theoretical, compares"work-study"basic mode at home and abroad, analysis the status of"work-study"in the secondary middle vocational education in China currently and its influencing factors, constructs the development teaching system of"work-study".
