China's vocational education group started its business in the 1990 s,starting from the decision of the State Council on vigorously promoting the reform and development of Vocational Education in 2002,and the scale development started from the decision of the State Council on vigorously developing vocational education in 2005.So far,there are nearly 1700 vocational education groups in China,nearly two players in each industry,and various vocational education groups are developing rapidly There are also many problems to be solved.The purpose of this study is to find a breakthrough in the reform of vocational education system and mechanism,and to explore the law of vocational education development.Therefore,it is of great practical and exemplary significance to study the development strategy of Jilin Automobile vocational education group.This paper takes Jilin Automobile vocational education group as an actual case.Firstly,it expounds the concept and attribute of vocational education group,draws on and studies the relevant theories of strategic management at home and abroad and the previous research results,which lays a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Then according to the current situation of the development of Jilin Automobile vocational education group,analyze the internal and external environmental factors faced by the group,carry out SWOT analysis,find out the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of the group's current development,list out the analysis table,get the corresponding four strategies(expansion strategy,turnaround strategy,marketing strategy,defense strategy),and then apply the corresponding four strategies After the qualitative and quantitative analysis of strategic analysis tools,the optimal strategy is the expansion strategy,which determines the overall development strategy and special strategy of the group's development.Then,the corresponding strategic implementation contents are formulated around the overall strategic objectives,including: 1.,strengthen the depth and breadth of the vocational education group,form strategic cooperation with the media platform,form the pan media platform of "Internet + vocational education",rapidly enhance the influence of the group,and seek new Internet profit models;and 2.,in the aspect of business development,the former student training mode is extended to more.The meta education service mode seeks more cooperation direction with the members of the group to enhance the interaction and stickiness among the members of the group;3.Reengineer the original loose and flat organizational structure of the group,and recruit full-time managers to manage the group scientifically.Finally,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategy.This paper is based on the theory of development strategy management,and on the premise of practical analysis of the real environment of Jilin Automobile vocational education group,an application-oriented thesis combining theory and practice is produced.
