In recent years,in the current economic and social environment,the employment of graduates has increasingly become the focus of attention.Among them,the employment problem of graduates of secondary vocational schools is a relatively important one.Moreover,compared with undergraduate colleges,secondary vocational colleges face more severe employment pressures because of the relatively low academic qualifications and knowledge skills.In order to effectively cope with the increasingly severe employment pressure of graduates,and respond to the call of the country to train a group of skilled and applied talents,it is of great value on theoretical significance and practical application to study the employment service of graduates of secondary vocational colleges under the pressure of economic downward pressure.DZ Vocational and Technical School was established in 1974,and is located in Guangzhou on which is a developed coastal city in Guangdong Province.The students have natural employment advantages,especially as the earliest established electronic information(IT)major in Guangdong Province.In addition,the school has achieved a series of rich management results in graduate employment services by adopting a series of graduate employment service strategies combining Come In and Go Out.Focusing on the employment service of graduates of electronic vocational and technical schools in Guangdong Province,the study draws out the problems,causes and solutions in the employment service process,which will help promote the employment service level of the school as well as enrich the theory on College graduate employment service in the existing secondary vocational.Focusing on the employment service problem of graduates of electronic vocational and technical schools in Guangdong Province,and comprehensively applying the literature review method,archives data method and questionnaire survey method to study,finds that:(1)in terms of employment services,DZ Vocational Technical School adopted some useful measures to obtain some achievements,on which include the multi-stakeholders participation,diversification,multivariate shunt,developing and implementing the employment service systems,and innovating service methods.(2)There are many problems in the employment service of graduates from DZ Vocational and Technical School,such as the lack of identification of talent supply and demand,the imperfect construction of information platform,the lack of effective docking of post demand,the low-skilled graduates,the limited school support,and the lack of performance feedback and management optimization links.(3)In response to the above problems and their causes,this study proposes the corresponding solutions,such as focusing on the identification of talent supply and demand,promoting the effective matching of graduate employment with the needs of employers,and increasing the assistance and management of the employment of graduates of the school,and establishing a long-term employment feedback and management optimization mechanism for graduates.
