Study Of Decent Labor Standards For Agricultural Producers

As the decent work of agricultural producers is difficult to achieve, more and more farmers choose to be migrant workers. It results in a large number of uncultivated rural land, which seriously threatens the development of rural society in China and even our food security. In this situation, it is particularly important to realize the decency of agricultural production by enhancing the social status of agricultural producers. For decent work, agricultural workers are the major research object, the concern of their rights and needs, the agricultural labor and social security system, as well as the dialogue mechanism has become a very important issue. It has great significance for the sociological empirical researches on decent work of agricultural producers under the guidance of these theories.Decent work for agricultural producers is that under the condition of freedom, justice, safety and dignity, labors engage in the agricultural production activities with voluntary, pride and glory to satisfy their growing needs such as politics needs, material needs, cultural needs, etc. The decent work includes four dimensions that are economic income and life quality, agricultural production conditions and environment, agricultural labor and social security system and the dialogue mechanism.We collected the survey research data by questionnaire. The descriptive analysis, mean comparison, correlation analysis and regression analysis of the data shows that the level of decent work should be improved, level parameters have a great effect on the agricultural producers' object level and subjective identity level, to improve the economic income and life quality is the main demand of agricultural producers as well. And, age stratification theory has been verified by further experiments. In order to improve the level of agricultural producers' decent work, the most effective strategy is to achieve the revenue growth of agricultural producers by taking some effective measures. Also we should focus on how to improve the agricultural production conditions and environment, perfect the agricultural labor and social security system and actively create an effective dialogue mechanism. Furthermore, to show particular care to the disadvantaged groups of the agricultural producers in this process should be noted.
