In recent years, our country has made some achievements in accelerating structural adjustment of disciplines and specialties of higher education。But in the general the reformation of education system still lags behind the reformation of the employment system. The professional set has been not yet completely marketized. The professional set of a considerable number of universities come apart from the market demand and lack of scientific prediction. The set of majors and the enrollment amount are not adjusted according to the change of market. It cause the problem of dislocation between the graduates professional structure and market supply and demand which results in the lack of college students’ employability. As the increasing competition, the lack of students’ employability also directly affects to realizing their self-value,the effectiveness of higher education reform, social stability ,and so on. This phenomenon has aroused widespread concern in society, especially in 2010, China promulgated and implemented immediately the relevant document of the direction of long-term reform and development plan to relieve the employment pressure of university students.This paper uses the literature methodology, compared with methodology and theory methodology. Using survey data of MyCOS, inquiring the document at home and abroad, combined with poor employment ability of college students in China to carry on the research and analysis. Finally, to propose specific, targeted training scheme for improving employment ability of students.The paper firstly clarify the background of the current employment of college students, the significance of training of college students. research technique and the research framework about employment training of college student. Secondly, to define the concept of employability on abroad, doing research on employability training at home and abroad. According to the classified work capability of MYCOS, combined with ASTD analysis, summarize the students’ employability include five aspects: competence, communication, adaptability, the contact and the cooperation, influence. Thirdly ,to deep analyze the reasons of students’ poor employability training from the university, the society, individual and the family. The main performance are that specialized establishment of college is asynchronous with the market, not clear employment guidance of university,not enough good economic environment of the entire society,the government department and employer’s attention is insufficient, individual employment ability is far from the physical demand, career planning of individual is not strong, family members who are employee’s have some adverse to effect. Fourthly,according to employment ability training to put forward specific schemes for poor implementation programs to improve the employment ability training, its content includes enhancing faculty quality about career guidance of college ,specialized establishment of college demand the market, adapting the scale of recruitment strengthening the institutional building of the employment ability training of students, promoting the related administrative personnel’s responsibility to realize and to strengthen supervision’s dynamics of the training organization; in the microscopic level, students should maintain a good mentality of employment, enhance communication skills, develop professionalism, and enhance enterprising awareness. Finally, I sum up the advantages and disadvantages of this paper and the affection on the training of unversity students’employability of the educational reform in 2010.
