Research On Training Strategy Of University Students' Employability

Accompanied by the rapid development of higher education and enrollment expansion,the employment of university students is more and more difficult.It has aroused great concern in the community.In other words,the current employment problems of college students directly related to student achievement of individual self-worth.Then the reasonable solution to the problem related to the development of higher education,as well as harmonious and stable society.Especially in today's world financial turmoil,the employment situation of college students is more severe.Therefore,we should pay much attention to train college students' employability.It is an important way to solve the employment problems and to ensure graduate employment.This paper uses the literature to study.After studying the report "Workplace Basics Skills-The Essential Skills Employers Want" published by the American Society for Training and Development.Then put forward the training strategy combined with the current issue of training status of university students' employability.This is the first time to expound the definition and concept of the basic skills in Chinese.This paper describes the background,significance,status of the university students' employability training and so on.Then explain the concept of employability and the specific content of the structure dimensions.After that,made depth analysis of the current training status of university students' employability,from the government,colleges,workplace and students four angels,and summed up the problems.The main impact of the government's actions reflected in the lack of effective behaviors,concept of fuzzy training in colleges and universities,weak responsibility in corporate training and personal weak awareness.Each problem did a detailed analyst.Finally,according to ASTD dimensions,combined with existing problems,give suggestions to improve the training strategy of university students' employability.Government should give support protection with policies and regulations; colleges and universities should improve from the curriculum,training objectives,the practice of and employment guidance;enterprises should improve the training modes and so on; students needs to strength awareness in career planning as well as in capacity building.
