Research On Implementing And Perfecting The Policy Of Undergraduates Changing Majors In Universities

With the continuous improvement of College Students' self-determination consciousness,the demand of college students to change majors is rising day by day.Colleges and universities also attach great importance to the need of students to change majors.Colleges and universities have launched a series of measures to change majors,gradually relaxed the requirements and conditions for changing majors,and the scope of the audience for changing majors has been expanding.Although the reform of the policy of changing majors has brought many benefits to students,there are also some limitations in the policy of changing majors.There are many problems in the implementation of the policy of changing majors in Colleges and universities.The effect of changing majors is not as expected,and even goes against the original intention of implementing the policy of changing majors.This also promotes the policy itself,the institutional environment and the training environment of colleges and universities.Make further improvement and perfection.On the basis of the existing research,this paper takes Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University as a case study,from the background of the introduction of the transfer policy and the historical process of the implementation of the transfer policy.Through sorting out and analyzing the implementation status of the transfer policy,the basis for the formulation of the transfer policy and the principles for the implementation of the policy,and through the form of questionnaire survey to students,the purpose of this paper is to explore the transfer policy.The object of policy implementation feedback on the implementation of professional policy.From the three dimensions of policy ontology,Policy Execution Subject and policy execution object,this paper analyses the problems existing in the process of implementing the policy,and then puts forward pertinent suggestions and improvement measures in the process of implementing the policy.I hope that through this study,we can build up a good policy environment,school system environment and training environment to help students make rational decision and guide students to change their majors reasonably on the premise of obtaining full professional knowledge.
