A Study On The Present Situation In Primary School Head Teacher Of School Support System

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress that education must be given priority.Standing at the height of the "two hundred years" struggle goal and the realization of the Chinese nation's great rejuvenation,General Secretary Xi has profoundly explained the important position of education,especially the leading and basic status of basic education.As the leader of the healthy growth of primary school students,the primary school head teacher has a high quality of work,which directly affects the quality of basic education and affects the quality of future citizens.At present,the head teacher of the primary school is also responsible for education and management.The task is heavy and the living environment is not good.The school is the direct manager of the class teacher,and the support of the school is crucial to the work of the class teacher.As a historical and cultural city,Quanzhou has a strong educational atmosphere.Xiangcheng District and Fengze District are the core areas of Quanzhou's central city.The education policy is perfect and the government education investment is more.The two districts have certain development directions in Quanzhou's education.Typical and representative.This article takes the current class teacher of eight primary schools in these two districts as the research object,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,etc.,from assessment reward support,training exchange support,professional development support and collaborative education support.In four aspects,the current situation of the school support system for primary school teachers is investigated and studied.The interviews are used to understand the voices of the first-class class teachers and school administrators,and to explore the current situation and existing problems in the support of the primary school teachers.On this basis,the proposed primary school teacher is proposed.The recommendations of the school support system are intended to provide reference and reference for the better construction of the primary school teacher's school support system in Quanzhou and beyond.
