The professional growth process of the primary school class teacher can be summarized as the change process from the novice class teacher to the excellent class teacher.The professional growth includes the content of professional knowledge and ability,professionalism and concept,including teaching indicators,scientific research indicators,management indicators and Four indicators of personal quality.The main factors affecting the professional growth of primary school teachers can be divided into pre-employment growth factors and post-employment growth factors.Among them,pre-employment growth factors mainly include academic education and teaching practice experience.The post-employment growth factors mainly include school management system and school culture environment.Through the questionnaire survey of 136 primary school class teachers in 9 public primary schools in Nanning,Liuzhou and Guilin,we can find that the main difficulties faced by primary school head teachers are: the direction of professional growth is vague,the motivation for professional growth is not strong,and the pressure for professional growth is too large.The main reason for its growth hindering is that some ideas affect the value orientation of primary school teachers' professional growth.The imperfect incentive and guarantee system leads to the lack of professional growth motivation.The misplacement of school management concept increases the professional growth pressure of the class teacher,and the school training system is not perfect.The class teacher's professional growth rate is slow.In view of the above dilemmas and the reasons for the obstruction,the following strategies are proposed to promote the professional growth of primary school teachers: firmly establish the professional growth concept of primary school teachers;to establish a multi-optimized primary school teacher growth incentive mechanism by establishing target incentives,responsibility incentives,emotional incentives and material incentives;Establish a perfect class teacher management system,such as the class teacher appointment system,the class teacher evaluation system,the class teacher's work regular meeting system and the class teacher selection work system;establish and strengthen the class teacher's school-based training,off-campus training,the new and old class teacher paired teaching mechanism,class teacher peer-to-peer mutual assistance,scientific design Training content and innovative training forms to build a scientific training system for class teachers.
