A Study On The Specialization Of Class Teachers In Primary Schools

The primary education is at the lowest stage of the whole education system,which is the basis of other educational stages,and its status is very obvious.The importance of the primary school teacher as the guardian and the leader in the key period of the life development of primary school students is self-evident.The professional development of the class teacher also becomes a hot issue of the current education reform in our country,so how to promote the professionalization of the class teacher more effectively?This paper,through the form of education case,presents the unique place of the experimental primary school in Kangbashi district on the professional road of the class teacher.The paper mainly takes the narrative research method and the interview method,and selects the leadership of the experimental small school in the Kangbashi District and the teacher of the class teacher as an example.This paper is mainly based on the thought,implementation and the way of the specialized characteristic of the class teacher in the experimental primary school of Kangbashi district,And combine the professional way of the three teachers and the educational stories between them and their students to show the development of the teacher's professionalization in the experimental primary school in the Kangbashi district.The author,on the basis of a 21-week experience in education,education and practice,has experienced the class master.The daily work tasks(including the subject teaching task,the class routine management,the students' habit of daily behavior,etc.)are in-depth observation and understanding of the development of the teacher's professionalization in the Kangbashi District and the Kangbashi District Experimental Primary School.Through the exploration of the professionalization of the class teacher in the experimental primary school in the Kangbaisha district,it provides theenlightenment to other primary and middle schools in the course of the professionalization of the head of the class,and puts forward some suggestions for the professionalization of the class teachers in other primary and secondary schools.
