The geography subject bears the task of carrying out natural disaster teaching because of its unique geographical feature and function,and geography is the main research environment and the relation between human activity and geographical environment,and the research content contains abundant natural disaster knowledge,principle and law.In the course of high school geography,the teaching of natural disasters is carried out to train the students to view the phenomena of the geography and the causes of the occurrence of the natural disasters scientifically,and to guide the students to recognize the relationship and influence of the disasters and the geography,and to set up a scientific concept of the disaster and the awareness of the disaster reduction.The ability to improve the emergency response of the disaster is one of the important contents of the cultivation of the core quality of the new curriculum standard.as a result,It is of great significance to carry out the teaching of natural disasters in the geography curriculum of senior high school.On the basis of sorting out and analyzing the related contents of inquiry disaster education and disaster teaching at home and abroad,and based on the theories of sustainable development,pragmatism education and life survival education,this paper studies and analyzes the feasibility of natural disaster teaching strategy.This paper integrates and combs the knowledge content of natural disasters in the existing geography textbooks of senior high school,and interprets the content requirements of natural disasters based on the core accomplishment of geography in the new geography curriculum standard.On this basis,through the form of questionnaire survey,the present situation of natural disaster teaching in senior high school geography curriculum is understood,and the cognition of natural disasters among middle school students in our country is analyzed,and the prevention and reduction of natural disasters are also analyzed.The mastery of disaster consciousness and skills,as well as the difficulties and problems faced by teachers in the teaching of natural disasters in geography curriculum.This paper puts forward the principles and concrete teaching strategies of naturaldisaster teaching in senior high school geography course,such as the rational use of charts to help promote regional cognition,the implementation of comprehensive guidance to develop comprehensive thinking ability,and the expansion of practical activities to enhance the practical ability of geography.The combination of "land" and "reason" sublimates emotional consciousness;Taking meteorological disaster typhoon as the teaching case design object,this paper expounds the teaching design concept and teaching goal,and pays for the research strategy according to the teaching content,the implementation steps of the teaching process,the reflection of after-class teaching and the evaluation of the effect,etc.The practice provides certain reference value for the teaching of natural disasters in geography curriculum of senior high school.
