In the stage of junior middle school,the key improvement in physical thinking of students is physical abstract thinking,which can only be achieved through active training.In order to adapt to the trends of national education and local high school entrance examination,to train students'physical abstract thinking is an important part of physics teaching in junior middle school.According to thinking characteristics of a class of students,their abstract thinking is mainly reflected by the following three aspects:the unity of abstractness and generality,logic and systematicness,direction and accuracy.The purpose of this study is to understand the status of physical abstract thinking of junior middle school students and the problems existing in their short-term learning through the questionnaire performed two months after the first semester of the junior school,and then to gradually enhance students'abstract thinking ability through long-term teaching experiments,and finally to find the strategy of physical abstract thinking training after analyzing the experimental results.This study is also aimed to explore a reasonable and effective path for future teaching so as to increase my own teaching quality.Based on learning and thinking development characteristics of junior middle school students,the training course focuses on the combinations of logical reasoning and language training,model construction and image processing,accuracy and approximation.To pursue suitable methods to train physical abstract thinking of junior high school students,a variety of investigating approaches are adopted in this study including literature analysis,questionnaire survey,comparative research and experimental research.The first research method is to collect relevant academic materials on the discipline,education,thinking and abstract thinking training of physics in the literature,and then to analyze the feasibility,scientific nature and rationality of some previous training tools.The questionnaire survey is to find out the status of physical abstract thinking in a high-quality class(numbered the 3rd junior class in 2019)and an ordinary class(numbered the 4th junior class in 2019),which cover in total 100 students taught by me.The experimental research is the core procedure of this study.Although the students of both classes have a good overall foundation,they are distributed in various levels with relatively large gaps of learning ability due to some objective reasons.Thus,this research part can be strongly representative.The comparative research is to develop in practical teaching reasonable and effective training means for junior middle school students classified into different levels,by finding the main factor and eliminating the secondary ones,according to the surveyed results about the main problems of physics abstract thinking in junior middle school.These means can be regarded as different capability training consisting of comprehensive analysis,abstract generalization and comparative classification.Each ability training is applied in both basic knowledge teaching and exercise teaching.The training of comprehensively analyzing ability can be carried out mainly through the analysis of comprehensive cognitive conflicts and creating physical situations during the first teaching course,and by reading physical questions to achieve mind-concentration during the second.The abstract-generalizing ability is realized mainly by the construction and generalization of physical models together with passing the tests of basic knowledge in the first part,and through the generalization of"exercise teaching abstract and generalization ability training mode"and its penetration in teaching in the second.Correspondingly,the ability of comparative classification is mainly trained by using the method of"seeking agreement"and the way of making mind map,and also through the method of"seeking common agreement and variation"and its application in questions classification,special teaching and key knowledge set.
