In essence,the process of teaching is a special process of cognition.The process of learning is the learner's active process of cognition.Ability of thinking is the advanced stage of process of cognition.It can be seen that thought runs through the entire teaching process.Students' learning can't do without thought.The 2017 revision of the ordinary high school physics course standard has clearly put forward the core literacy of physics,including scientific thinking.The revise of the standard has shown the importance of thinking and the importance of physical educators to improve students' ability of physical thinking and overcome disturbance of thought.When I was teaching,I found that high schools in countryside have more difficulties in physics teaching than urban schools because of its weak economic foundation and incomplete teaching facilities and insufficient teachers or some other reasons.About half of the students have problems in physics learning at high school in countryside.For example,they can't fully remember and distinguish physical formulas.They can't grasp physical concepts accurately and thoroughly.Once the problem appears in another scenario,students don't know where to start.They are unable to grasp the essence of the problem and the main contradictions.The extent of the existing problems is serious.In order to improve the physical performance of the class and high school in countryside and promote the cultivation and improvement of students' abstract thinking ability,I hope that this study can put forward effective teaching strategies.First of all,the author defines the relevant concepts based on a lot of domestic and overseas documents and educational psychology theory.At the same time,the article explains the expression of students' thinking obstacles based on my own teaching practice.According to the theory of Xing Hongjun and Qiao Jiping,the author divides the types of abstract thinking obstacles into five categories.Secondly,a questionnaire for the existence of abstract thinking obstacles in high school physics learning is designed.Through the analysis of the questionnaires,it is found that the students really have the abstract thinking obstacles mentioned before and which type of abstract thinking disorder accounts for more.The author finds out the reasons of abstract thinking obstacles by talking with the students with outstanding abstract thinking obstacles.Finally,based on the reasons,seven teaching strategies to overcome abstract thinking obstacles are proposed.The first is to increase the proportion of basic knowledge teaching and consolidate the knowledge base formed by abstract thinking.The second is to make complex scenarios intuitive by a variety of methods and guide students to develop abstract thinking.The three is to strengthen the training of variant exercises and cultivate students' ability to distinguish cause and effect.The four is to pay attention to the process analysis of mathematical methods and help develop the habit of integrating physics and Mathematics.The five is to improve the ability of students' construction of physical model by introducing appropriate scene.The six is to urge students to reflect frequently and sort out the experience of generation of abstract thinking.The seven is to encourage students to explore independently and increase the enthusiasm of abstract thinking.It is hoped that this research can enrich the theoretical system of abstract thinking and cultivate and improve students' abstract thinking ability and provide reference for the vast number of teachers at high school in countryside.
