Education is the great plan of the country and the party,and it bears the fundamental task of building a virtue.The ideological and political theory course is the key course to implement the fundamental task.Teachers of ideological and political theory courses are the preachers of the party's theories,lines,and policies,and the guides for the healthy growth of college students.The professional identity of teachers in ideological and political theory courses is an important link in the process of building a team of teachers and an important guarantee for improving the teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.The ideological and political theory teachers' recognition of their professional identity in Xinjiang colleges and universities not only helps promote the professional development of the ideological and political theory course teachers in Xinjiang colleges and universities,but also facilitates the connotative development of the construction of ideological and political theory courses in Xinjiang colleges and universities,and it also helps to strengthen the educational positions of Xinjiang colleges to safeguard the ideological security of colleges and universities in Xinjiang,and further implement the educational goals of educating the party and educating the country.Based on the research methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interviews,this paper takes the predecessors' research as the research object and strengthens the significance of the professional identity of the teachers of Xinjiang ideological and political theory courses.Analyze and sort out,put forward the unique advantages of teachers' professional identity in ideological and political theory courses of Xinjiang colleges and universities,and analyze the performance and causes of lack of professional identity,and finally try to explore the countermeasures to strengthen the professional identity of teachers ideological and political theory courses.This article is divided into four parts.The beginning of the thesis is theintroduction part,which mainly introduces the research background and research significance,research status,research ideas and methods,innovation and shortcomings;The second part is the related theories of the professional identity of teachers of Xinjiang ideological and political theory courses.This part defines the main concepts and explains the importance of enhancing the professional identity of teachers in Xinjiang 's ideological and political theory courses;The third part is the survey of the status of teachers' professional identity of ideological and political theory courses in Xinjiang universities.By investigating the status of professional identity of teachers of ideological and political theory courses in Xinjiang colleges and universities,they found their unique advantages,and conducted an in-depth analysis of the lack of professional identity and the reasons for its occurrence;The fourth part is the countermeasures to strengthen the professional identity of teachers of ideological and political theory courses in Xinjiang universities.Respectively from four aspects of perfecting the teaching staff,optimizing the incentive mechanism,improving the security system,and deepening the teachers' cognition.The conclusion part summarizes the full text.
