Time consciousness and time management are two important factors for teachers to make effective use of classroom teaching time.The concept of time is one of the important parts of time consciousness,and the management of teachers' classroom teaching time is mainly influenced by classroom management and after class reflection.Therefore,only when teachers have good concept of time,strengthen the management of classroom and do a good job of after class reflection,can teachers make more effective use of classroom teaching time and maximize teaching efficiency.Therefore,based on the previous scholars' research on classroom teaching time,this study selects Dalian tourism school as the research object,through questionnaire survey,data analysis and relevant case analysis,to explore the influencing factors of classroom teaching time management in secondary vocational school,and put forward corresponding optimization strategies.The paper consists of the following five parts.The first part is the introduction part,which introduces the research background,research significance,research methods,research ideas and content and innovation.The second part introduces the literature review at home and abroad,some related concepts and theoretical basis.These concepts and theoretical basis pave the way for the model,the hypothesis and the content design of the questionnaire,provide the theoretical basis for case analysis,and establish the direction for the overall study of this paper.The third part is the research on the effective use of teachers' classroom teaching time.Through the data analysis of the questionnaire results,find out the factors that affect the effective use of classroom teaching time of secondary vocational tourism school teachers,and verify again with relevant cases.Finally,it lays the foundation for the relevant strategies to improve the ability of classroom teaching time management.The fourth part is based on some concepts and theoretical basis in the relevant literature sorted out in the second part,as well as the investigation and research results in the third part and the real case analysis results of the secondary vocational tourism school.From the two aspects of teachers and students,in order to improve the effective use of teachers' classroom teaching time in the secondary vocational tourismschool,it puts forward the optimization of teachers' classroom teaching time concept and teachers' classroom teaching time concept The optimization of classroom management,the optimization of teachers' reflection after class,the optimization of teachers' classroom teaching management skills and so on.The fifth part is the conclusion part,which summarizes the conclusions of this study as a whole,and puts forward the shortcomings of this study and the prospect for the future.
