The selection of classical Chinese texts is one of the key points in the compilation of Chinese textbooks.Excellent Chinese classical and literary works are the treasures of Chinese culture and it is a unique way to inheriting Chinese culture.Discussing the selection of classical Chinese texts will not only help to improve the overall quality of Chinese textbooks,but also help the inheritance of China's excellent culture.In 2017,the State Council issued a notice and decided to establish a National Textbooks Committee to revoke the compilation right of Chinese textbooks,marking the end of the period of "one outline and multiple textbooks" for Chinese textbooks."One outline and multiple textbooks" became a period of history.This is a history which is worthy of attention.A variety of textbook writing attempts during this period have left a wealth of experience for future Chinese textbook writing.It is very necessary for us to systematically review the period of "one outline and multiple texts",to analyze the advantages of various versions of Chinese textbooks and their excellent experience in writing,so as to provide a rich reference for future textbook writing.This work,whether in academic or practical terms,has meaning and value that cannot be ignored.This research focuses on the "selected Chinese texts of Chinese textbooks of the basic education stage in the Period of ‘one outline and multiple textbooks' ".Based on the relevant scholars' view of Chinese textbooks and educational psychology theory,referring to the requirements of Chinese course standards,this analysis choices six representative textbooks of Chinese language texts by the People's Education Edition,the Soviet Education Edition,the Beijing Normal University Edition,the Shanghai Education Edition,the Shandong Education Edition,and the Chinese Edition.Doing the research about the number of selected texts,selected topics,selected texts,the value orientation,the arrangement of classical Chinese text units and the design of the connection between the syllabuses.And compared the characteristics of various editions of Chinese textbooks in the selection of classical Chinese texts.The study found that each version has many experience in common.Each version adopts the method of "multiple articles in one lesson" to ensure the volume of "lesson" in order to meet the requirements of the curriculum standards for the number of selected classical Chinese texts;the genre of selected texts is mainly prose and poetry,and the author are mainly in the Tang and Song dynasties,and the number of essays in other topics is relatively small.In terms of the design of the connection between the semesters,the difference in grammar knowledge between the two semesters is large,which brings students a certain amount of pressure at the beginning of new semester.In addition to the above common points,each version also has its own strengths and problems.The Shanghai Education Edition has set up special reading sections for ancient poems,encouraging students to learn these sections in a self-reading way,which promotes the improvement of students' ability.The People's Education Edition took into account the difficulties in the linking of classical Chinese and text in the compilation of the unit.The seventh grade textbooks chose a mixed text and white language method to guide the learning of classical Chinese and text,which to a certain extent is conducive to increasing students' interest in learning.The Beijing Normal University edition adopts a comparative research method to organize classical Chinese learning.Although students have different emotional experiences,they have shifted the focus of classical Chinese learning to a certain extent.The Soviet Education Edition presents the classical Chinese text with a thematic structure,which highlights the theme of the classical Chinese text,but it is not conducive to the improvement of students' classical Chinese knowledge and skills.In general,the selection of classical Chinese texts in various editions of Chinese textbooks during the period of “one outline and multiple textbooks”,basically met the requirements of the age characteristics of students and the number of classical text selections,but the diversity of the types of text selection are deficiencies.Each version has its own advantages in the way of writing,and has its own characteristics of selection.These various approaches or attempts are also very worthy of attention.This is a historical resource,which has certain enlightenment in the selection of classical Chinese textbooks for future Chinese textbooks.The future Chinese textbook selection of classical Chinese can draw the following enlightenment from the historical experience of the period of "one outline and multiple textbooks" : in the classical Chinese selection,the number of classical Chinese should be appropriately increased,and the dynasties selected should be reasonably allocated;The genre and the proportion of the theme are balanced;the length of the essay is expanded and the difficulty of the essay is increased step by step;for the design of the inter-segment,it is necessary to grasp the cognitive development laws of students and limit the span between the semesters to the nearest development zone to avoid the large gap between the semesters.
