With the growth of social demand in social development,social work,as a tool to meet social demand,has been paid more and more attention.In the process of the development of social work,the national level puts forward the new requirements of"training high-level talents" for the construction of social work professionals.Among them social work education as the output of social work talents,in recent years,basic education and high-level education are parallel,but the number of social work graduates who choose to work in this field is not very large.The loss of a large number of high-level professional talents of social workers may affect the overall development of social work in China,in the long run.The brain drain of professional education is therupture of professional education and professional employment.As a link between the two.there must be some reasons that restrict the transformation of social workers from educational talents to professional talents.Social work graduate students will face more professional challenges as they improve their learning level,and their pressure and potential difficulties will become more complex and profound.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the difficulties and causes of the professional identity of social engineering postgraduates for the talents' stay and the overall development of social work.This study focuses on the issue of social work graduate professional identity.14 social work graduate students from three universities in s city are selected as the interviewees.Qualitative research methods are used to conduct interviews to obtain the attitude data of social work graduate students in various aspects of professional identity,and to deeply explore the difficulties and doubts in social work professional identity.This paper uses the role identity theory to link professional identity with the role of social work students,and uses the content of role construction.and role conflict m the role theory to rurther explore the(?)in proressional identity,and analyze the formation mecharism of the existing identity difficulties.The rsults show that fustly,the characteristics of the professional identity of social work postaraduates in s city are reflected in the different levels of identity,secondly,the dilemma of professional identity is manifested in the sense of powerlessness in professional lesrning and the Inferiority Psychology in graduationand employment.Among them,the sense of powerlessness in professional learning comes from the weak practical effect in real field and simulated situation practice and the contempt attitude towards simulation.The Inferiority Psychology in graduation employment comes from the inferior position of students in various employment fields.Thirdly,the formation of professional identity dilermma comes from the over idealized role construction of social workers students and the role conflict of students Finally,in the above conclusion analysis process,it is found that the formation of social work students' professiona identity is accompanied by the change of professional confidence level.When students enconnter the dilemma of professional identity,It is often when the level of confidence in social work changes.Under the influence of professional confidence,social workers students are more likdy to form professional identity dilemma in practice and employment choice.
