The children in distress is a very special group formed in the process of economic construction in our country,solve the current problems of children in difficulties and provide survival and educational help for these children is an important means to achieve educational equity and social equity.and the realization of educational support for children in difficulties needs policy system.Through the analysis of the educational support policies for children in difficulties in our country,this study finds out the short comings of the policies for children in difficulties,and puts forward targeted suggestions for improvement,so as to provide suggestions for improving the educational support policy system for children in difficulties.The full text is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,including mainly questions,research purpose,research content,literature review,research significance,and research methods.Chapter two: the construction of the content analysis standard of educational support policy for children in difficulties.This paper determines the basic framework of policy content analysis of accurate education support for child ren in difficulty,That is,"who" provides education support,the object of education support,The content of education support,and "how" to provide education support,and then analyzes the four categories of policy content.That is,the content analysis of the educational support policy for children in difficulties is demonstrated from four aspects: the subject of educational support,the object of educational support,the content of educational support and the method of educational support.the feasibility of policyst andards is demonstrated from the perspectives of theoretical analysis and factual analysis.Chapter three: the research on the current situation and problems of the educational support policy for children in difficulties.Through the methods of interviews and cases,this chapter analyzes the current policies and educational support policies for children in difficulties,combs out the current situation of the policy system of educational support for children in difficulties,and finds out many deficiencies and problems in the policy of educational support for children in difficulties.Compared with the constructed policy standards,this paper finds out the shortcomings of the educational support policy for children in difficulties in terms of the subject,object,content and methods of educational support for children in distress.The fourth chapter analyzes the laws and regulations,policies and institutional arrangements promulgated by developed countries in the protection,assistance and education of children in distress,taking the American policy for children in distress and educational support policy as an example,so as to provide reference for our country to improve the educational support policy for children in distress.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to improve the educational support policy system for children in difficulties.Starting from the four levels of educational support subject,object,content and method,this chapter puts forward targeted improvement suggestions according to the problems in the content of educational support policy for children in distress,and gives suggestions for improving educational support for children in distress.
