Since the 21 st century,along with our country economic development?Education is also constantly updating,society has become more and more urgent demand for high quality education resources.Education fairness got unprecedented attention,but some of the rural weak schools education development lags behind,so in order to improve the situation,governments at all levels and the school adopted many effective measures,among them,the entrusted management is in order to reasonable use of high quality school resources,one of the effective measures to promote the development of the rural weak schools.Chengdu also began to carry out the School commissioned management in 2012.What is the effect of its implementation? What are the problems in the implementation process? How to better deal with these problems? This study selected the ZL county middle school as the research object,discuss its achievements in the process of entrusted management,the problems and reasons of the problems and implement entrust management should adopt the strategy of implementing the management of entrusted to other schools to get some material,to avoid some problems,expand the effect of entrusted management,speed up the development of the rural weak schools,promote the balanced development of the education.This paper adopts a case study,mainly using interview and comparison methods to in-depth discussion of the case study.This study is mainly divided into four parts.The first part of the introduction,mainly determine the research issues,clarify the purpose and significance of the research,and in-depth analysis of the meaning of the commission management system,analysis of the reasons for the weak rural schools,determine the research methods and ideas.The second part is to understand what measures ZL middle school has implemented and what achievements it has made in the entrusted management.It can be seen from the interview that a series of changes have taken place in ZL middle school after the implementation of school commissioned management,and great improvements have been made in school ethos,school appearance,education and teaching effect,social satisfaction,etc.Therefore,it can be seen that School commissioned management can promote the development of weak rural schools.The third part analyzes the problems in the implementation of school commissioned management in ZL middle school and the reasons for the problems.Although school commissioned management has injected a lot of new blood into the school to promote its development,there are inevitably some problems,such as the conflict of ideas,the psychological hostility of the schools receiving assistance,the lack of classroom innovation and the lack of motivation of student development,which lead to some problems in school commissioned management.The fourth part puts forward reasonable Suggestions and countermeasures according to the problems and causes in the commission management of ZL middle school.
