With the developmentof social economy,people's demand for educational resources is increasing day by day.However,due to various reasons,the development of basic education in our country is very uneven and the quality resources are relatively scarce.The gap between the development of basic education in the region is very different,this imbalance is not only reflected in different regions,within a certain area,there is a great imbalance.This imbalance in education not only contributed to the "school choice fever",but also greatly damaged the fairness of education.In order to promote the balanced development of basic education,revitalize the educational resources and improve their utilization rate,all regions of the country have carried out corresponding educational reform and practice.There are educational alliances,education and help,mutual aid schools,hand-held schools,education groups,commissioned management and other forms of school,which group management model is most significant.Group school is to a high-quality schools as the core,the integration of a number of relatively weak schools,the formation of a cross-region,covering the various stages of education in different educational complex.Within the group,the relationships between the various campuses and the core schools are divided into different types.This difference leads to different management of the group for the school.One for the core school and the school has a legal representative,this type of relationship used by the management of a close type of direct management,the second is the school is an independent legal person,and has its own legal representative,the type of management used by the relationship Formed for loose entrusted management.Commission management is a group management often used in a form of management.Through the analysis of the existing literatures and the practice research of the entrusted management,this study explores the entrusted management,so as to provide some reference for the scholars and practitioners in the field of education.The entrusted management solves the problem of administrative attribution of the school,and drives the development of the managed schools to a certain extent.However,the managed schools are faced with management difficulties in management decision-making,cultural conflict and performance appraisal as a special stakeholder.To solve the administrative difficulties of entrusted management,I believe that the management system should start from the management decision-making mechanism,information communication mechanism,performance evaluation mechanism.Only to build a scientific organization of the organization in order to promote the development of managed schools,so as to achieve the core objectives of the school.
