Kindergarten-based teaching research,which evolved from school-based teaching research,has become an important approach to the professional development of kindergarten teachers because it emphasizes the subjectivity of kindergarten teacher's research and solves the problems in teacher's practical work."kindergarten work rules" clearly states:"kindergartens should establish a system of teaching and research to solve the practical problems in the protection of education.However,there are still many problems in the actual development of the kindergarten-based teaching and research.Therefore,it is necessary for us to carry out research on the kindergarten-based teaching research.This research adopts the case study method,selects the Handan Z kindergarten as the research object,by using the methods of observation,interview and object analysis,we have collected a great deal of data about the development of the kindergarten-based teaching and research activities in Z kindergarten.In the later period,the author classifies,sorts out and summarizes the data,in order to present the current situation of teaching research in Z Garden,and analyzes the existing problems in the process of teaching and research activities,and analyzes the reasons for the problems,thus further put forward to promote the development of kindergarten-based teaching and research activities.This research describes the current situation of Z kindergarten-based teaching research from five aspects: Organization and system,content and form,professional guidance.At present,the teaching and research activities of Z Garden have established the organization and management mode from top to bottom,diversified teaching and research activities established the teaching and research system and formed the teaching and research convention in the long-term development process.The content of the kindergarten-based teaching research is based on the Development Direction of the Institute of Education,the planning of the institute and the problems in teacher's work.The leading force of the Institute comes from two parts: inside and outside.There are some problems in z-park-based teaching and research activities,such as the lack of teachers' main position,unclear responsibilities ofstaff and single incentive mechanism;the content of z-park-based teaching and research does not meet the needs of teachers;the content of z-park-based teaching and research is lack of relevance and systematization;the lack of professional guidance for teachers;too many other activities in the park lead to the formalization of teaching and research activities.The author analyzes the reasons for the problems: the time and energy of teachers' teaching and research are not guaranteed;lacks a clear development goal;is affected by the traditional teaching and research mode;lacks the atmosphere of unity and common assistance.In view of the problems existing in the kindergarten-based teaching research,the author puts forward the following suggestions: In terms of the organizational system of kindergarten based teaching and research,establish a bottom-up organizational management mode,establish a teaching and research group based on teachers' interests and needs,and formulate clear and diversified rules and regulations;in terms of the content of kindergarten based teaching and research,set up a diversified content,and distribute the proportion of teaching and research content in each field according to teachers' needs;in terms of the professional guidance of the kindergarten,use going out,introducing and developing There are two measures to guide the professional development of excellent teachers.In addition,the Institute itself should promote the development of teaching and research activities by setting clear development goals,focusing on Teachers' teaching practice,and creating a culture of mutual assistance.
