Private kindergarten is a product of the background of China's economic system reform appeared in the field of education,teaching and researching in the field of early childhood education highlights the growing importance of Kindergarten Based Teaching Research on preschool teachers' professional development,has important significance to improve the quality of teaching,and in the private kindergarten in the garden this research activity is difficult.In this study,private J Park as an example,with the observation method and interview method,the garden of the park to carry out research activities the difficulties are analyzed and researched,combined with the overall situation of China's private garden,analyzes the reasons,countermeasures are put forward,in order to provide reference for other private kindergarten smoothly education and research activities.J park is a medium-sized private garden in Hunan city of Zhuzhou province was founded in 2011,its development process and the difficulties in the kindergarten based teaching research activities carried out in the typical.J Park Office Park Z is a senior director with 20 years of experience in preschool,kindergarten has experienced from the J park the start,operation,facing excellence three stages of.J kindergarten based teaching research activities: the ability to refine educationandresearch theme is not enough,lack of professional talents leading education and research,participate in educationandresearch teachers enthusiasm is not high,educationandresearch on Teachers' development limited role in promoting and other difficulties.Research,including the experience of these the plight of subjective reasons: The principal of the kindergarten's mission and understanding is not enough,the lack of scientific concept of preschool education,teachers generally lack of self-confidence,self-improvement consciousness is not excited,lack of studying on the problems encountered in kindergarten activities,and teachers' lack of thinking and problem solving initiative;but the objective reason is the low salary to keep outstanding professional the kindergarten teacher,failed to grow through the research to promote teachers as an important way.In view of the above problems and reasons,this study proposes strategies for solving the problems: first,the private garden should be established for the kindergarten based teaching research system,the formation of good educationandresearch normalization of the environment;secondly,the need to increase the degree of attention of kindergarten based teaching research,support and lead the kindergarten based teaching research work carry out;in addition,educationandresearch actively create conditions to promote kindergarten teachers' professional growth.
