| Private kindergartens are an important part of preschool education in our country.In 2019,there were a total of 281,200 kindergartens across the country,of which 173,200 were private kindergartens,occupying “half of the country” in preschool education.Private kindergartens began to shift from extensive scale expansion to connotative quality improvement.The construction of a high-level faculty is the internal guarantee for the high-quality development of private kindergartens,and kindergarten-based teaching and research is an important way to improve the professional level of teachers.Focusing on the development status of private kindergartens’ kindergarten-based teaching and research activities not only required for the professional development of private kindergarten teachers,but also the actual need for the development of “quality” private kindergartens.This study selects G and W private kindergartens in T city as the case,using observation method,material analysis method and interview method to obtain information,starting from the teachers’ understanding of kindergarten-based teaching and research,and the guarantee mechanism of kindergarten-based teaching and research,focusing on G and W The status quo of private kindergartens’ kindergarten-based teaching and research activities.The study found that in the kindergarten-based teaching and research activities of the two private kindergartens,there are many useful experiences that are worth learning from other private kindergartens in T City:Provide material conditions such as site,time,and funding for kindergarden-based teaching and research activities;Actively create an equal and harmonious teaching and research cultural atmosphere;Try to build a community of mentor and apprentice teaching and research to help each other make progress;Invite college teachers to enter the kindergarten-based teaching and research activities and provide professional guidance;Leverage the advantages of information technology to enrich the content of kindergarden-based teaching and research.However,due to the survival pressure of private kindergartens and the low quality of teachers,there is still room for further improvement in the formulation of conventional management system,the full play of teachers’ subjectivity and the in-depth study of teaching and research issues.In order to further promote the high-quality development of the two private kindergarten based teaching and research activities,this study puts forward the following suggestions:First,we should gradually improve the guarantee mechanism in the dynamic process of kindergarten-based teaching and research;The second is to give rights andenhance the ability and encourage more front-line teachers to become the main body of kindergarten-based teaching and research;The third is to attach importance to the full participation of kindergarten-based teaching and research;The fourth is to strengthen echelon training and create learning and research teachers;The fifth is to establish a school running consortium,strengthen the diversified construction of teaching and research team,and promote the in-depth development of kindergarten based teaching and research. |
