Kindergarten-based teaching research is the total of research activities that it takes the actual problems encountered in the development process in the kindergarten as the research object, and takes kindergarten teachers as the research subject, using certain research methods to get research achievements which is directly used into the kindergarten education and teaching, aiming to promote the development of the kindergarten. For a long time, preschool teachers are busy working on the practice, and ignore teaching research. But along with the advancement of new curriculum reform, the education circles are increasingly demanding on the professional development of preschool teachers. Preschool teachers not only need to have rich practical experience, but also need to become a researcher. However, kindergarten-based teaching research gets the attention of more and more kindergartens as an effective way to promote the professional development of preschool teachers. So is kindergarten-based teaching research effective in the kindergarten? What results has it been obtained? How is the situation now? What problems it exits and so on, which are worth that the author further explore and research.So this study takes A kindergarten in Anshan city as the research object, and uses observation method, interview method, data collection methods to analyze the basic situation of development of kindergarten-based teaching research in A kindergarten in Anshan city.Then the writer furthermore analyzes the existing problems in kindergarten-based teaching research and analyzes the reasons for the existing problems. Finally the writer puts forward the strategies for improving kindergarten-based teaching research in A kindergarten. This study can provide reference for which A kindergarten effectively carries out kindergarten-based teaching research. And its beneficial experience on the practice can begeneralized to other kindergartens for carrying out kindergarten-based teaching research effectively.
