Research On The Impact Of University Science And Technology Innovation On Regional Economic Growth In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

With the further implementation of the coordinated development strategy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and the policy of setting up xiong'an New Area,the economic development of this area is bound to accelerate the industrial transformation and industrial restructuring.Technological innovation plays an important and major role in promoting this development process.Universities are the main body of technological innovation and bear the important duty of cultivating science and technological innovation talented persons and adding the productions.Thus,it is urgent to carry out related research of technological innovation of colleges and universities on regional economic growth.First of all,this article understands the current situation of the development of science and technology innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei universities,including the basic situation of universities in this region,the status of technology innovation inputs and outputs of universities and colleges.Secondly,starting from the four aspects of university science and technology innovation input,output,transformation and support,establish an index system.Based on the entropy method,measure the science and technology innovation capabilities of universities in the region from 2008 to 2017.Finally,based on entropy method and the C-D production function,the devote share of the university is picked up from the overall regional contribution.And further calculations are made to obtain the contribution rate,that is the 2008-2017 this region's technological innovation for regional economic growth.Based on this rate,the three regions are analyzed and compared.First,the regional distribution of technological innovation capabilities of universities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is uneven.In these regions,the level of university innovation in these three regions is very wide.Second,The contribution of universities and colleges in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to the overall contribution of the region is relatively obvious.,and the share of universities' contribution to the region's overall contribution has been significant;Third,comparing the rankings of scientific innovation capabilities of universities in this area with their rankings of contributions to economic growth,The conclusion is that the ranking of the two in the above two aspects does not exactly match.This paper gives some policies and advices from the following four sides: 1.establish innovation alliance to realize coordinated development;2.reasonably allocates funds and improves innovation efficiency;3.optimize the existing collaborative innovation system in this region;4.optimize the distribution of universities in the region.The purpose is to push the ability of scientific and technological innovation of universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,to promote the coordinated development of technological innovation of universities and regional economy.
