Nowadays,worldwide environmental quality has been attracted while the situation of environmental consciousness has recognized as a part symbol of civilization level.The ecological environment situation of the Yangtze River is relatively severe,and national government makes important instructions for protecting and repairing the environment of the Yangtze River all along."Environmental protection,education-based",the school which located in the Chongqing City of Yangtze River Basin is naturally duty bound.The present study focus on the practical research of school-based curriculum of "Yangtze River Protection" based on the development and requirement of school and students.The students' association activities in biology teaching in junior high school were taken as teaching organization in the practical research,aiming to improve the students' environmental awareness and ability,promote the students' all-round development and form the school-based curriculum with regional characteristics through the implementation of the school-based curriculum.Literature research,investigation,experiment and action research were used in the present research.In view of the school-based curriculum development process of "Yangtze River Protection" of junior high school biological environmental protection practice association,before the practical study in the biological teaching in junior high school,this paper analyzes the conditions of school-based curriculum development and practice,determines the curriculum objectives,selects the curriculum content and teaching methods,and determines the evaluation methods.In junior high school biology teaching,with the form of the teaching organization of the curriculum of environmental protection practice association,the construction of association learning group,teaching goal formulation,actual teaching content arrangement and effect evaluation in the school-based curriculum development of "Yangtze River protection" were researched in practice.The empirical research is carried out from the aspects of the explanation of the basic knowledge of the YangtzeRiver and its protection,the investigation of the water quality and the surrounding environment.The scientific exploration activities,model making,presentation and communication were taken in the teaching of the students' association activities.The research results showed that the development and practical research of the school-based curriculum in the form of association organization not only strengthened students' awareness and responsibility of environmental protection,but also developed their learning motivation and practical abilities,but also improved students' scientific literacy.The teachers and students developed together in the implementation of the practical research of the school-based curriculum of biology.The development of school-based curriculum by student associations as the carrier has played a two-way role in promoting the sustainable development of association and curriculum construction.
