"Internet plus" has renewed the teaching idea of teachers,and has put forward new requirements for teachers' teaching ability.Under the environment of information technology,the level of informatizational teaching ability of young rural teachers not only affects teachers' teaching efficacy,but also affects the quality of informatizational teaching in schools.With the implementation of the "comprehensive thinning project" and the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education in the county as a whole,the teaching environment of rural primary schools has changed dramatically,attracting a group of young teachers to serve the rural education.While the young teachers develop their own abilities,they also effectively promote the overall improvement of teachers' informatizational teaching ability in the region.The research on the development of informatizational teaching ability of young teachers in rural primary schools has become the key to the transformation and development of rural education in the new era.This study mainly uses case study method,selects 15 young teachers in Y School District of G town as the research object,An analysis of the current situation of the development of informatizational teaching ability of young teachers in Y School District of G town by means of classroom observation,in-depth interview and other data collection methods,combs the internal logic in the process of ability development from the current situation,and tries to build the development model of the informatizational teaching ability of young teachers.The development model mainly includes understanding the level of the development stage of young teachers' informatizational teaching ability,grasping several development modes of young teachers' informatizational teaching ability as a whole,and what factors affect the generation and development of young teachers' informatizational teaching ability.The development of young teachers' informatizational teaching ability is rooted in a specific cultural field-rural schools.This study intends to start from the background,premise and internal logic of the development of the ability,and finally from building culture and creating environment;changing the development mode to meet the demand of development;strengthening professional learning and setting up the mission of informatizational teaching;and Absorb "nutrients" in reflection,deepen emotional experience and other four aspects to explore the localization strategy suitable for the development of informatizational teaching ability of young teachers in school districts.It also puts forward to strengthen home school cooperation,change rural teaching culture,narrow the hardware gap in the region,build digital teaching resources in the school district,meet the individualized needs of young teachers for training based on the learning subject,build a network teaching and research community,mobilize the enthusiasm of young teachers to participate,reduce the work burden of young teachers,enhance the teaching efficacy of young teachers,and change the ability measurement The specific strategies of six aspects are as follows: the way of evaluation,the motivation of self-development of young teachers and so on.
